Jasper found April more and more intriguing as she continued to let things slip about herself. She wasn't what he thought she would be.
She had been all sunshine and roses before he brought her here for her own protection, gung-ho about humanity and photography more than anything else. He hadn't realized there was so much more to her.
Deprived of her passion, she was a lot snarkier than he ever thought she would be. Though that was probably at least partially his fault for stressing her out so often.
She also had more hobbies than he would have thought considering how much she loved photography. Reading, watching TV, baking, singing. And here he thought she was singularly obsessed all this time. She was a lot more interesting than he originally thought.
April was a lot "more" in general. She laughed more. Talked more. Reacted more.
