Mila spent a long, exhausting day running all over L.A. Her recording session for the day was only expected to be a few hours long but after that, she had auditions, errands, and research to do for future auditions. She was trying to get hired to do an audiobook since that would take longer and be more consistent work but since she had never done that before, she needed more information on the books and characters she was trying to audition for.
Normally, the directors would tell you exactly what they wanted while you were in the studio but she still liked doing as much research as she could beforehand to think of what sort of voice she should be using to make the character come to life. She preferred to be efficient as possible.
She had several studio sessions set up for this week for minor roles but what she really needed was to find something long term to improve her resume. As it was, her IMDB page didn't show that much.
