Drew made Leo gather everything he would need to go to work with the intention of driving back to Mila's apartment. But would a cat really be able to drive even with following his instructions? He might kill them!
He wasn't willing to risk it. For the foreseeable future, he was going to have to rely on rideshares. In a big city like this, there was always someone driving around in the middle of the night.
They made it back and he got Leo to hide his things somewhere Mila wouldn't find them, which was rather difficult considering the size of her apartment. Then the cat climbed back into bed and curled up with his head against her arm making some sort of weird noise.
This was so messed up! Drew didn't even know this woman and he had no control over the fact that he was now essentially cuddling with her.
