Mila did her best with human Leo's ongoing catlike behavior until bedtime. She realized after dinner that she had forgotten to get him clothes other than that wrinkled suit and had to take him shopping, which was a frustrating experience.
She didn't end up getting him much because she still planned to figure out whose body he was inhabiting and get him home but he needed something clean and more comfortable to change into. She bought him a pair of basketball shorts to function as pajamas, some cargo shorts, a cheap pair of sandals, and a couple of t-shirts.
And underwear, which was completely mortifying. She didn't even buy men's underwear when she was engaged to one!
Mila showered like usual and when she came out in her pajamas with a towel turban, she saw him licking his arm. Alarmed, she immediately tugged it away from his tongue.
"Leo, people don't clean themselves by licking."
