Dane felt himself relaxing throughout the course of the game. It was nice being with almost everyone he cared about at once like this.
When the Aviators got a home run with two people on base, everyone jumped up and howled in victory as they hugged or clapped each other on the back. Their enthusiasm made Ginger laugh and she grinned at him once they all sat back down.
That was a great night. It was truly unfortunate that the next day was the full moon because he couldn't see her at all and couldn't even text her back, which was incredibly annoying.
