Defeated, Riley ended up striking her terms. If they weren't sick of each other after seeing each other every day for two weeks, Dietrian could be her boyfriend. She needed to make sure she wasn't just suffering from temporary insanity for a few days before making a commitment.
He didn't seem bothered by this in the slightest. In fact, he thanked her. Which he should not be doing because of how selfish she was being.
It wasn't as if she disliked him but she didn't like him either. Even if she had rather enjoyed kissing him.
Riley had to see if she could like him the more time she spent with him. Otherwise, this would be completely unfair. Two weeks probably wasn't enough time to figure that out but it was better than nothing.
