The Dream about Freedom!

Hearing the footsteps sounds the slaves who were gathered at the main hall become silent while the female knights had different emotions.
Aaron slowly came to the hall and seeing him the slaves all kneeled down while the female knight bowed her head in greetings. Aaron walked infront of the main seat situated at higher ground so he can now clearly see every people face .
"WE GREET THE DUKE LORD"
Hearing Their loud voices , Aaron calmly said with indifference
"Rise "
The slaves all stood up and looked at Aaron in fear and nervous looks . He was silent for a moment before talking in a cold voice
"Have you ever wondered what is your future like? "
Hearing this the slaves didn't know what to say or they never cared about the world tommorow at all? By becoming slave they didn't have any rights al all and they even don't know when they will die or what will happen to them !
No one cared about them and even they long accepted as they are slaves . They long forgotten what life is and what is freedom ! There only sole purpose is to obey their master commands .
These slaves had great background before ,but due to war they become war prisoners and resulted in getting the status of slaves . Some of them were nobles and even prince of small kingdom but they have become slaves . There was even robbers and wanted criminals but once they were captured by the guards they become slaves.
So they didn't know why their lord is asking this question to them .
Aaron looked at their faces which was showing different emotions so he started to talk again
"Don't you want to become free? Fee from this slavery?"
Some of the slave had change in expression . And some even clenched their fist tightly .
Yes! That's right .
What they want is not riches or power.
All they want is freedom! Free from this slavery . As for the riches and power they can earn themselves after they get the freedom.
That's why no matter what every day every second the slaves all dream about Freedom . Many people may don't find it that precious but only those who are bounded by chains knew how precious that one word is !
Aaron continued seeing the slaves restless look.
"Do you really want to live as slaves for rest of your life? Will you be really satisfied only thinking about your present now? Don't you want to dream ?"
The slaves looked at Aaron in wide eyes some of them even had red eyes and other trembled uncontrollably.
Aaron didn't stop but still continued
"Don't you want to dream about your future ?"
The slaves nodded their unconsciously and some even said
"Yes."
Aaron smiled and said loudly this time
"Then are you willing to risk everything for your freedom ?"
The slaves who always had their head bowed down and lifeless eyes had finally blazed with fire . They were also humans ! They wanted freedom too and They also longed to dream about their future too !
"YES!"
Aaron felt satisfied seeing their pumped up reaction and then said with clear voice
"Then if you reall want freedom then I can show you a way for it ! But tell me are you willing to take this chance ? Are you willing to risk your life for the freedom?"
"YES "
The slaves said loudly with red eyes, some of them were even crying . Their voice was filled with yearning and hope which made Aaron inwardly satisfied their reaction but when he glanced at the slaves last line his eyes narrowed slightly.
He then coughed slightly and said to a nearby knight
"Go and bring 100 contract binds and let the content be a 5 year Master-servant bond."
The knight who was beside him nodded her head and left without asking anything
"Yes my lord ! I will bring right away".
Aaron then started to explain for the clueless slaves
"From now on you people will enter five years Master-servant bond with me and in there you guys can get paid a silver per month with foods and place to stay. After five years you guys are free wherever to go ! So those who don't want to be slaves can now come sign here"
As he said he became silent and closed his eyes while the slaves started to get restless . Soon the female brought a thick contracts in front of the slaves and put in front of them .
Aaron didn't opene his eyes but said in low voice
"You all may begin"
Some slaves immediately approached the contract and signed it without reading the contract . After seeing that many of them become daring and choose to sign it while lastly one young woman and boy read the contract within short moment and signed it .
Aaron opened his eyes and said to all of them seeing that everyone signed the contract. He then said to them with smile
"Good then from Slave to Servants ! You guys will have a bright future if you work for me .Who knows one day one of you may even become a lesser noble !"
The Servants now become thrilled hearing this and everyone hastily bowed in respect and worship to Aaron . They knew that they finally found a good master unlike those who don't care about them at all !.
The slaves and servant may have same low status but compared to slaves where no one cares for them , The servant can get paid and their life will be not that hard unless they offend a noble or their master which will result in their death or prison so their life is still better than the slaves.
Now everyone swore their loyalty to Aaron by worshipping his magnanimity .
Aaron told them to leave and do their respective work . After seeing them leaving his calm expression turned into a frown .
Actually this was a plan made by Aaron to find out spies planted by the royal kingdom !
Yes ! It was a plan to find out spies who were controlled by the Royal family.
