A/N: Quick Pole! After I'm done with this book, I'm going to write a book about superheroes. It'll be a mix of Marvel and DC with other superheroes in it too, like All Might (though it won't have any MHA plot, just the characters). I've been wanting to write one for a while now, but since I haven't read a comic in years I thought I'd be out of my depth, however, I've recently been hit with a wave of inspiration from reading fanfics here so I decided to try my hand.
Anyways, so here is the question. I have really 2 routes I can go with this book.
Option 1: Reincarnating as Peter Parker spiderman but with extra powers and abilities during the spider bite incident. (Like Mile's Morale's powers, organic webs, etc)
Option 2: Reincarnating as a Reality Warping Mutant. This one can have multiple starting points which I can have another poll for.
Anyways, I'll be counting based on the number of comments. If you have any suggestions then please place them on THIS paragraph to avoid complicating the vote. I'll come back in a week to see which is the winner then.

"So this girl is your ex?" Velzard asked me with a raised eyebrow.
"Not really. She's my childhood friend. we both liked each other but due to circumstances outside of both of our control, we parted on some pretty shakey terms." I replied.
After the incident with Twilight, we all went back to his lab in Nightrose to investigate. We found a lot of documents on hundreds of his experiments and some of the most inhumane conditions I'd ever seen. We found the bodies of dozens of Teiflings covered in their own filth and left to rot.
We tried investigating whether he had any other facilities in case there were other live prisoners like the girl we'd found but didn't discover anything. Well, we were able to discover evidence that he had at least one more base somewhere but the clues to where that might be were destroyed when Veldora came running through the walls of the facility destroying everything on his path to fight us.
Thankfully, we were able to piece together enough information from the scraps on where it might be and narrowed it down to within a few kilometers of the elven capital of Soma. I had business there with Nolla and Eeyln so I volunteered to look for it while Veldanava and Velgrynd disciplined Veldora who wanted to rampage again after waking up from the ass-kicking Velzard gave him.
Thus, we returned to Soma and were now walking through the halls of the palace. Velzard and I were actually accompanied by the little girl we had rescued from Twilight. It seems she didn't remember much after asking for my help and waking up to see my sword through his heart. I turned out to be her little hero and she would always follow me around wherever I'd go.
She said something about being scared to go without me and she was hesitant to go with the others since Noir was giving off a terribly evil aura at the time. Thus the little girl, who I eventually named Lilith for her almost anime succubus-like features, joined our crew for this journey.
This did come with a few consequences, however. One of them being what was going on right now. Evelyn had called for me to talk the moment I arrived, which was fine and a bit expected. the issue was that she didn't just call for me, but she also ordered me to bring my 'wife and child' with me so she could meet them.
'I just hope this ends without Soma becoming a snow storm.' I thought as I knocked on the door to the meeting room.
"Enter" I heard from the other side of the doorway.
We entered the room to discover the place was actually a large study with bookshelves filled to the brim with books on magic and magic theory. There were a number of magical items scattered about on the various shelves and trophies of powerful magical beasts hanging on the wall behind the large desk that Evelyn sat behind.
She glared at me as we walked in before giving Velzard and Lilith a once over. Her eyes softened as she looked at Lilith before she looked back at me as we took our seats. I sat directly in front of her while Velzard and Lilith took a seat on the couch nearby with Velzard playing with Lilith.
"It's good to see you again, Evelyn," I said, breaking the silence.
She opened her mouth to say something, probably spitefully, before closing it again. She took a breath to calm her nerves as she responded. "Likewise, Alaster. I see you've grown stronger."
"Thank you. I finally feel like I am strong enough to protect everything I hold dear to me." I said with passion in my voice as I clench my fist in victory.
Evelyn smiled softly at my outburst. "I've always loved that passion about you. It's nice to see it." I think she only meant to think and not say it out loud, well, more like she whispered it to herself but I with my and Velzard's senses, we heard her as clearly as if she shouted it at us.
Velzard immediately perked up upon hearing Evelyn's remark and gave a glare at Eveyln who seemed to notice but ignored it. "Anyways. I was wondering what you wanted to do now. Do you have any immediate plans for the future or are you just going to wander about like you have been for the past few months?" She asked.
I raised my eyebrow at her wording since I don't really know who she would have known about what I'd been doing all that time since I didn't tell her about it. Velzard also seemed to be defensive as the room's temperature seemed to be dropping and the windows were frosting over a bit.
Evelyn wasn't dense. She knew that Velzard was a powerful woman, she could feel it intrinsically within herself without needing to rely on skills or magic to notice, she just didn't seem to care about her threats and was only interested in getting the answers she wanted from me.
"An invincible hero with silvery white hair and amethyst eyes taking out monsters who'd troubled the world for decades without a scratch or of healing the sick and injured for nothing will spread quite fast, even if your name isn't given. That hero was rumored to be traveling with a transcendental beauty with white hair. Seeing as you've got quite the hero complex yourself if the reports on your anti-slaver activities were to be taken into account and you're harem plan from when we were younger, along with your unique physical description is what tipped me off." She replied as though to answer my unspoken question.
I relaxed a bit after hearing that I wasn't being spied on by a yandere or something and even Velzard calmed down enough that the temperature slowly started to rise again.
"I'm investigating for a possible secret lab of a madman in the area. If there are any prisoners there, then I guess I'll help them out but otherwise I have no long-term plans at the moment." I replied honestly.
Evelyn briefly smirked to herself before continuing. "I see... I know it's rude of me but I'd like to talk with your lover in private. Do you mind?"
I was a bit stunned and looked over to Velzard who gave me a serious look and nodded at me, signaling it was alright. I knew she wouldn't pull something too bad if things got heated, so I decided to trust in the two women.
"Come on Lilith! The castle's got a lot of really good-tasting food I can't wait to show you!" I said feigning excitement.
"Realy!?! Let's go!!!" She said as she jumped out of Velzard's lap and ran up to me. I knelt down and scooped her up into my arms as I walked out of the door, giving one last look to the two women before heading over to the castle's kitchen. I heard they'd recreated custard recently and I was excited to try it out.
(Velzard POV)
I watched Alaster leaving with little Lilith in his hands with a bit of apprehension. I loved that man, but he tended to be a bit too controlling. He liked having all of the information and being in control of all the events around him at all times so it really did make my heart flutter when he gave up that control and trusted me to not freeze this elven woman's skull.
I got up from the couch I had lounged on and took a seat in the chair that Alaster was sitting in earlier. It was still a bit warm from his body heat and, even though I'd never admit it out loud, it made me feel at ease. i enjoyed the sensation for a moment before refocusing my attention on the girl in front of me.
This woman clearly loved Alaster even all these years later and she seemed to be under the assumption that I am the mother of Little Lilith while Alaster is the father. I felt a bit bubbly when we were thought of as a family. I wasn't planning on having a child anytime soon but if it is with Alaster then I guess I wouldn't mind it. With the amount of sex we have, I wouldn't be surprised if I'd already been pregnant if I were a material lifeform. Thankfully, Spiritual Lifeforms HAVE to consent before pregnancy is even possible so we have no dragonlings flying around at the moment.
"May I get your name, miss?" The woman in front of me asked.
"Oh, yes. I am Velzard. It is nice to meet your highness, Evelyn." I replied curiously. I was in a good mood at the moment.
She seemed to be sizing me up before she let out a sigh in defeat. Her red eyes peered into my own as she tried to get a beat on me. "Do you actually love Alaster?" She said with a serious look in her eyes.
I was baffled at the question asked directly at me. 'Is this elf trying to challenge me?' I thought as I glared back at her.
"I do. More than anything, I love him. I don't care if the whole world is his enemy, nothing will change that fact." I replied without hesitation.
Evelyn narrowed her eyes, looking for any kind of fault in me that may prove me a liar. I simply looked back into her eyes to challenge her resolve myself. After a few tense moments, she finally broke her gaze and gave a relieved sigh.
"That's good. It is good that he has found someone like you. I'll leave him in your hands then," She said with relief in her voice.
I was baffled by this. I was sure she was trying to challenge my authority to have Alaster as my partner and mate. If nothing else I expected some sort of ultimatum from the elvish princess to have me give him up, but that isn't what happened. I wanted to ask what that was all about but she cut me off before I could.
"Alaster is an important person to me. Hell, I'll admit the fact that I love him dearly, even now, but I know I can't get back what we once had. We are both different people and both have our own responsibilities." She said, almost sounding relieved. "I know he's probably given up that harem dream of his if he has someone like you around, so I can rest easy knowing he won't be deceived by evil women."
"You are okay with it? Even though I'm the one who ended up with him?" I asked.
"I'd be lying if I didn't have mixed feelings about this. I always worried about him. Alaster has had a hard life. I was worried he'd start collecting women like my rather collects statues of my mother in an attempt to fill the hole that was left in his heart. If it came to that, I'd marry him forcefully and just grant him a harem myself to keep him from deteriorating further."
"Grant him a harem? What are you-" I tried asking but she didn't let me finish.
"He's a powerful warrior who'd be married to the future queen. I wouldn't mind him marrying the daughters of powerful nobles. It would help me a lot in politics down the line while satisfying his dream and allowing me to keep him to myself." She exclaimed.
I was horrified at the implications of what that elf maiden was saying. "Do you actually love Alaster or are you using him just to further your own goals," I asked coldly. The temperature in the room dropped sharply as I asked this question and the tea Evelyn had been sipping this entire time froze solid.
Evelyn shook her head. "Of course I love him, but I can't lose him either. I simply wished to grant my future husband's wish while aiding my own rule." She responded.
I calmed my cold aura and the temperature began to rise again very slowly. I think I was finally beginning to understand the enigma that was Evelyn. I could see the intelligence and charm that probably would have whooed Alaster when he was younger. She was a strong woman who knew what she wanted and would go to extreme lengths to get him, however, she considered his feelings above her own and was willing to give up on her beloved when he found happiness with someone else.
'I don't know if I'll ever get along with her, but I can definitely trust her. I don't know if I could survive seeing Alasetr giving me up for another woman after all. In a strange way, that makes her stronger than even myself.' Velzard complimented Evelyn from the bottom of her heart.
"I see... you are a wonderful woman, Evelyn. I am proud to have met you. If you ever need me for something, just let me know." I said smiling at the princess.
"Ah, in that case, let me be the second wife-" Evelyn started light-heartedly.
"Hell No!" I Tsukkomi back at her.

A/N: I need images for Lilith! At the moment she is a loli so I'm going something along the lines of Maria Naruse but when she grows up I'll need pics!
A/N2: This is NOT a harem.
