Auril sat in the driver's seat and after Elize had all fussed over Caleb for a long time, he asked in a dry voice, "Are we ready to drive?"
Laurel smirked. "I think Her Royal Highness needs some more time."
When Elize sat back in her place with her legs crossed and arms across her chest he wondered—was she wearing a bra? Damn it! "We are ready," said Caleb in a voice so hoarse that Elize frowned.
"Are you feeling okay?" she asked. "Your voice is throaty."
And Caleb couldn't answer that question because the girl had taken off her bra sometime, when he had left her alone. He couldn't remove his eyes from her nipples that were puckered under her white sweater. "I am," he replied in a breathy voice.
