Lightning and rain. The sight of blood everywhere. A singular head lies on the ground, wailing the same words over and over, getting louder each time.

Takuzu shot out of his bed, sweat dripping down his face. It was the dream again. He had had the same dream now for weeks, each time getting progressively worse as the days went on. He knew not who the man was in his dreams, but at the same time felt he had known him all his life. And the words he yelled continuously rang in his ears, as if it was some long desired wish needed to be fulfilled.
But that could wait. Today marked a very special day.
One week from now, he would take a trial to determine his strength and enter the Yaku Elite Corps. It was his dream since he could long since remember, to fight for his people and defend their species. Standing at roughly over 5 feet with defining muscular features from years of training and regimine, he was certainly qualified in terms of fitness.
Takuzu's long, raven black hair shone in the morning sunlight as he took a long stretch. He tied up his hair with a long black cloth embroidered with his family symbol, the Crane. It's gold etchings were weaved ever so intricately around the cloth, and Takuzu could appreciate this kind of quality. Adorning himself in a black and gold ceremonial Dogi, he descended from his room to his morning routines.
