Vikram calmed down a little once he gave a high level healing gene modifier to Vinod. He gave the most powerful and subtle one to Vinod. For both his parents, he chose a lesser version. For his mother, a gene modifier that regrows more, and heals less, so that she would not feel fatigue or muscle pain easily.
For his father, a special variant of the modifier, which did more of gene change to make his body feel lighter, and increase metabolic rate.
After all, he did not expect either of his parents to get into any fights. So, the current versions are better for them than a cure all kind of high heal.
