Void master is probably the one profession who could work on all three of rebellion, mercenary and alliance groups with just the same kind of training.
Void master takes Ether, and molds it to a specific size. Void shard outputs the ether, void master transforms it.
Thus, in the alliance, it is said, civilization begins with a void master.
Once you have the void master, you could use any of the equipment by aligning with any of the authoritative bodies.
As long as there's a void master with a void shard present on the planet, that planet is considered to have met required minimum needed conditions for independence. With that, the planet will gain it's own name, and it's affairs are its own.
All the dungeon orbs that landed on the planet are considered property of this planet, or at least, if the alliance wants to reclaim land, they need to do so using legal means accepted within the alliance.
