"Oh, would you look at the time... It's our turn to rent out the snowboarding equipment." Darryl gets up in a hurry as I chuckle to myself. He's trying to act like nothing happened, huh? Well... I guess I shouldn't push it. I just wanted to take his mind off the whole accident. And since I've accomplished that, I'll let him off the hook this time.
"Wait up for me!" I rushed after him as he practically sprinted to the rental booth.
