Teja POV:-
I opened my eyes slowly and looked around me.
Akaash was sitting beside me while sleeping in a sitting position.
He gently held my hand.
I looked out the window. The sun is about to arise.
It means it must be around 5 am.
I looked to my right but didn't find any cribs.
" Where are the babies? " I thought worriedly.
I tried to sit quickly, but the abdomen ached, and I hissed.
I looked at Akaash, who opened his eyes and looked at me with shock.
" Teja! What are you doing? Why are you trying to sit? " Akaash asked worriedly.
" Akaash! Where are our children? They were born, right?
Why aren't they here with me? " I asked worriedly.
" Teja, calm down. Children are safe. Yes, they were born and in NICO.
If you want, we will go to see them a few hours later. But you need rest for now.
Don't worry. " Akaash said, and I shook my head.
" No, Akaash. I need to see them.
Please, I won't get relaxed if I won't see them myself. " I confessed, and he sighed.
" Alright, let me bring a wheelchair as you can't walk right now. " Akaash said, and I nodded.
He left and came back in a minute with the wheelchair.
He helped me sit in a wheelchair and took me to our children's room.
When I reached, I saw my children yawning.
Tears formed in my eyes.
My children looked beautiful.
They are my precious just like Vihaan.
My son took my facial features and skin tone but Akaash's hair.
My daughter took my skin tone and hair but Akaash's facial features.
I can see that my son is going to be mama's boy while my daughter becomes daddy's daughter.
" How are they? " I asked as I didn't like my children wrapped in tubes.
" They are recovering fast. If the recovery rate will be like this, I am sure they will be with us tomorrow. " Akaash explained, and I smiled.
" My precious, you have done well. Get well soon. Mama and daddy are dying to hold you in our arms. " I said, and they took out a sound, which made me smile.
" Look! Akaash, our children are answering our talk. How smart they are. " I said and looked at Akaash.
Tears have formed in his eyes, but he is controlling.
He chuckled and replied, " You are right, Teja. "
We spend some time with our child, but I felt sleepy.
So, Akaash took us to our room and made me lie on the bed.
I felt so sleepy that I slept immediately.
A few hours later:-
Teja POV:-
I opened my eyes and saw my parents and Akaash's parents.
" Mom! " I said lowly and felt thirsty.
Papa understood the situation and gave me one glass of water with a straw.
I gulped the water slowly and felt better.
Papa put the glass on the side table and hugged me.
" Congratulations, dear. Your mother told me everything. Thank you for fighting for your survival. " Dad said, and I hugged him back while smiling.
" I had to come back for everyone. After all, I want to live my life with happiness now. " I replied, and he smiled.
Mumma came and hugged me tightly.
" Do you have any idea how scared I was when I saw you in that situation? " Mumma asked, and I smiled.
" But I am okay, Mumma. That's most important. " I replied, and she nodded.
Then Akaash's parents came and hugged me.
I felt so great while getting pampered by them.
The door opened, and Akaash entered with our children in his arms.
I looked at him with shock.
" Akaash! Why- " Before I could scold him, he cut me off and replied.
" Teja, they recovered pretty fast. So, when I went to meet them, I realized they don't need oxygen tubes at all. So, I decided to bring them with me.
Look, I bring the hospital's cribs too. " Akaash said, and two nurses entered with cribs.
They put the cribs by my side and left while looking at the children with adoration.
Akaash came to me and helped me pick the children in my arms.
Tears fell from my eyes while looking at the children in my arms.
I kissed their foreheads and hugged them.
" Welcome, my children. " I welcomed them.
" Akaash! Isn't it great? Now our children's birthday and our anniversary will come together. " I said, and everyone chuckled but agreed with me.
Mummy Ji came to me and said, " Teja, I called our priest, and he gave me the initial of their names.
The baby girl's initial is A, while the baby boy's initial is T.
Now, Akaash and you have to choose their names. "
I smiled and looked at Akaash.
" Mummy Ji, we have already chosen their names. It's a coincidence that the name we chose match our chosen names. " I said and looked at my children.
I raised my baby girl a little and said, " She will be called Akshaa. "
Everyone smiled when they heard the name.
Then I raised my son and said, " His name is Tejashk. "
Everyone chuckled, and they looked at the children with adoration.
" You joined your names and gave them these names. So adorable.
The names are amazing.
Tejashk means brightness.
Akshaa means moon.
Wow! " Mummy Ji said, and we smiled.
Mummy Ji took Tejashk, while Mumma took Akshaa.
My family was smiling while looking at them, and I smiled while looking at them.
The door opened again, and Arjun entered with Vihaan.
" Vihaan, come here, son. " I said, and he smiled and came to me and hugged me immediately.
I hugged him back and smelled his milk powder which gave me calmness.
" Mumma, is it hurting now? " Vihaan asked while looking at my stomach.
" No, it is not hurting anymore, son. " I replied, and he smiled.
" Mumma, where are my siblings? " Vihaan asked curiously.
Our parents gave me the children again, and I showed them to Vihaan.
" Vihaan, they are your brother and sister.
Now, you are big brother. You need to protect them as your little siblings. " I said, and he nodded while looking at the children with adoration.
" Mumma, they are so small. " Vihaan commented, and we chuckled.
" You were small too when you were born, dear. " I replied while chuckling.
" Do I look like them? " Vihaan asked, and I bit my lips.
" You must look like me when I was a child. " I replied, and he raised his hands and pinched the children's cheeks lightly.
" What are their names, Mumma? " Vihaan asked.
" Your baby sister's name is Akshaa, and your baby brother's name is Tejashk. " I confessed, and he smiled.
" Then I will call my sister, Aku, and my baby brother, Tej. What do you think, Mumma? " Vihaan asked, and I smiled.
" Sure, son. Your nickname will be Vinu. Okay? " I said, and he smiled.
" Yes, I liked the name. " He replied with a smile.
Akaash took the children one by one and put them in the crib.
Arjun and Vihaan went towards the crib and played with the children. It made me smile.
Akaash came and kissed my forehead.
" Now, our family is complete. " Akaash said, and I nodded.
