Host can do other things. 3-The host will never feel bottleneck in his cultivation. 1-The Spiritual Qi in the air will have power of 1000 in one breath. 2-By passing every major realm the power of one to 1000 times will be x10 times each realm. 3-It is both body and soul cultivation art and also the strongest cultivation art in the universe. It increases all stat points by 100 in minor realm and x10 in each advancement of major realm. Example:- In foundation realm yours stats will increase by 100 and if the host advances to body building realm it will advance by 1000 stats points.
