Chereads / Kings Of Speed / Chapter 5 - 5

Chapter 5 - 5

"Don't stop it yet." Piwonski said. "Now." He added after a moment.

The girl obeyed her father's instructions.

Then there was a long straight on which she could develop a higher speed. Behind her, however, was a turn hated by Majka. He was not the sharpest on the route, because there were two that turned at an angle of almost 90 degrees. This one was a bit milder than them, but due to the terrain and the forest, it was very dangerous.

"The lights are easy to see, so the road is clear." Said the teacher.

Maja knew this well, but she was always afraid of going to the opposite lane. She was afraid that someone would jump out at her last minute and not avoid a head-on collision.

Another dangerous place was the bridge over the stream. For a long time it needs renovation, because a fault has formed at the entrance. Of course, it's cheaper to set the signs than to renovate the road. Just before the bridge, her father reminded the girl to slow down. He didn't speak for the rest of the route. The girl has drifted the last corner. Gentle, long and with good visibility. Until he begged himself to defeat him in this way, the girl thought.

"One more round." Father said to Majka.

The alarm sound interrupted Majka's ability to continue driving. Sleep was a memory from not so long ago. After visiting the races at night, the girl began to dream lessons with her father.

Was that a sign? Does Piwonski want her to continue racing? After all, after selling Evo bought the strongest version of the Ibiza, and because, unlike Mitsubishi, it did not look like a sports car, the wife did not suspect anything.

Karol was just checking the oil in his mother's Octavia. Washing, vacuuming and checking liquids has always been his responsibility. She always wanted him to do this for her when she arrived at home. For a good two years, Karol only lived at home with Robert. I mean, there was also Mrs. Terasa, a housekeeper and a nanny who lived with them. Olszanski's parents were workaholics, when they saw that their sons were big enough to live alone, they decided to move permanently to the capital, where their bank's headquarters was located. From time to time, the mother came to unannounced check-ups to check how they were doing.

"Hi!" Karol was patted on the shoulder by Francis, a mechanic belonging to their team.

"I can see that Mrs. Olszanska has arrived."

"Yhm."

"It explains your yesterday's absence from the races."

"I missed something interesting?" He closed the mask.

"Nobody won spectacular victory. All results could have been foreseen from the very beginning. It is possible that someone will want to challenge you in the near future."

"Nothing new."

"Boys say that yellow Ibiza often appears on the route recently. He drives for two hours this and that."

"He can ride, he drives. Has this Ibiza raced with anyone yet?"

"No. Silence for now. But one of the boys said that the driver was driving quite well."

"Did they time him?"
