It was October the leaves were crinkly and the weather was cold, i was walking around town and spotted hiro with a girl entering a movie theater. I was impressed he managed to keep a girl this long i didn't question it though i went to the park and thought about my family when someone came out from the trees orange leaves flowing past her face. It was no other than my older sister she was in her twenties and hated being called old for her age she wore an attorneys outfit ad walked over and sat next to me on the swing set.
"Do you miss our parents?", an odd question to ask when you haven't see each other for five years.
"Yaki!", i cried out for my sister and found her weeping next to our parents lifeless bodies. She was crying and i didn't know what to say. Soon the police arrived and took her to a new home.
"Take my brother with us!" , she tried to reach out for me but she was blocked by a man in a blue.
"Hes worthless your new family doesn't want him hes a slacker who wont amount to anything leave him here.", my eyes were dead i was heartbroken.
My sister was forcibly dragged away.
[present day]
"Yeah they meant alot to me",i looked down at the small wood chips adoring the playground and stepped on a few releasing the faint smell of pine.
"Well technically you have it worse then me", she looked up at the clouds as if to question heaven itself for our problems she then continued,"i'm not your sister anymore im Yaki Drainger now do me a favor and forget i exist please my new parents hate the idea of me being related to trash, their words not mine i wish it could of turned out better i really do Nagito", she turned her back and returned to the limo she came from and left me to my thoughts. I went home and saw Katrina cooking supper for both of us.
"Welcome home Nagito!", her accent sounded soft and reassuring that i dont need family when the friends i have now are my family.
"Thanks Katrina", i sat at the counter and ate with her in the kitchen.
