Nancy's POV
Sharon was trying to tell us everything but then she couldn't, I knew she was on the verge of it, she was breaking down and wanted to let everything out of her chest. I wanted Zenab to have answers to all the questions tormenting him.
"Tell us why you are sorry Sharon," I hissed.
"Please tell us," I added. "Zenab, I'm sorry," she said now looking at him with tears.
"I owe this to my family, even though I didn't want to I had no choice. my family is the least favorite of all the tribes in Zamuniland with no power and a say in the affairs of the nations," she sniffed as Zenab listened to her with keen interest.
"My father thought if I was to become queen then our tribe would gain power as well as respect from the other tribes," she mumbled.
"You mean the whole thing about your sister being crippled and you having to replace her even when you were underage was also a lie and part of the plot?" Zenab asked as his eyes widened.
