Baby's POV
Nancy and I decided to stop by the matting house when we heard the music, I got a bad feeling that I couldn't shake off as if I missed something.
I didn't want to leave Nancy alone in the carriage. I wanted to check what was happening in the place after that sex trade incident I can't be too careful.
I had to risk getting Nancy in there, I covered her head with a scarf and placed a cloak over my head so no one would recognize us.
Thanks to Roland's spells no wolf can scent my real smell if not a family member and even that it is when I'm in danger. A perfect way I can always attack my enemies unannounced.
Since Nancy came back I only got to pick up a bit of her smell and it became stronger again after marking her. I suppose I'm the only one that can smell her so we made our way into the matting house without being caught.
We were welcomed by a tall guy, we took our seats among the crowd and witnessed girls being sold for sex.
