Year 584, New World
"Sirius…is a primal." gasped Bellus "And do mind your language Mr. Greyer"
"A primal?" Asked Sirius
"A primal magic user," began a shaken Allen Greyer "is someone who inherits the primordial magic of that archetype. The dark colour of this magic is also referred to as the 'colour of the ancient', and primordial archetypal magic is much more powerful than its descended counterparts. The last primal must have been…nearly 600 years ago, at the start of the New World."
"Its decided then" announced Fortis proudly to the room "I was going to have the boy train up to be a swordsmen, but since...well... We'll hire a tutor immediately!"
"And Sirius would need supplies before that," advised his mother "Mr,Greyer, would you please accompany the boy into town?"
"So sorry, but I am a very busy..." started Greyer
"We'll pay you double"
"Done!"

The sour looking man and Sirius walked to a large wooden carriage parked next to the Cromwell estate entrance. He could feel Allen Greyer's glances at him every now and again. As they stepped inside and sat down, Sirius asked
"Mr. Greyer, why did you react like that when you saw my eyes?"
The magus stayed silent for what felt like eternity. When the carriage started shaking, signalling its departure, he sighed and made up his mind on whether or not to answer the question.
"There exists an old wives tale," began Allen Greyer "called 'Wraith of Jinn'. Jinn was a devil who came out at night to prey humans. Mothers say that he only feasts on misbehaving children, while others say that he eats as many people as he can before the sun comes up, because his weakness is light. It was told that before the victims died, they would see his blood crimson eyes. There was a man 200 yeas ago, who said he traded with an elf with the same eyes described in the story. He was unnerved, but not scared; it was a story after all. He was found dead in his room the next day. A woman not so long after, said she went to buy fruits from a centaur with blood crimson eyes. She went missing three days later. These and countless cases caused a stigma to develop with crimson eyes; people who see them would be brought with misfortune, harm, or death. You...have the exact same eyes."
Sirius stayed silent and looked at his eyes through the reflection of the window. He saw a boy with snow white hair, fair skin, and dark, blood crimson eyes look back. Perhaps he felt guilty, or, perhaps he wanted to break the silence, Greyer said nervously
"Ah, it seems we have arrived."
