As soon as Mr Saemus entered the cabin, he said, "I have this dubious feeling regarding Mr Aldrich's actions."
"What?!" Alfred exclaimed, puzzledly looking at Mr Saemus. He was still unaware of Mr Aldrich's lovely deeds, thus it came as a surprise to him.
"Oh you are here," Mr Saemus said, looking at him and added, "You'll learn soon and we don't have much time to inform you. Therefore you know what you need to do, right?"
"Put your finger on my lips and seal them till I'm asked," Alfred answered.
Evelyn grimaced as she looked at Alfred and sighed. "No Mr Saemus," Elric began, which caught her attention and she focused back on the case.
"He, too, appears to be clueless. He would not have stood there contemplating the case if it had involved him. He learned of the massacre from us," he added.
Mr Saemus nodded his head in understanding and said, looking at Evelyn, "Miss Evelyn, can I take a look at the book?"
