Adele left the room after she received information that Marcel was there. She met him in the clinic's hallway and sat down right beside him on the bench.
Marcel, who had lowered his head, lost in his thought, lifted his face the moment he sensed her. He looked at her thoroughly, scanning for injuries that he thankfully couldn't find. Adele might not be his sister but she was family and he took care of his own.
"They said you got shot," He pointed out.
"One of the boys took the shot for me. He's the promising newbie I've been trying to introduce to you. However, he's handicapped at the moment, I guess the both of you would meet at a better moment when he's recovered."
