SAMUEL WAS SURPRISED to see that Sophie was still outside the restaurant by the time that he came out, his phone in his hand after he saved Abigail's number and sent her a quick text.
"I thought you already went home with Moore," He says with a confused expression on his face. He glances around and realizes that nobody else was there. "Where are the others?"
Sophie doesn't bother hiding the irritated expression on her face. "They already went ahead since you were taking too long to flirt with that waitress,"
"Flirt-- what?"
"You don't have to make any of those lame excuses," The girl rolls her eyes. "It was pretty obvious that you were into her too, I mean, she is gorgeous and I would probably go for her too if I was a guy--"
"You're misunderstanding--"
"Misunderstanding what?!"
Samuel took a single step back after the girl's spontaneous outburst.
What is wrong with her?
