Nat was just staring at Fury's body on the gurney in front of her, Steve and Luke were leaning against the wall. Steve was looking weirdly at Luke when Agent Hill walked in.
"I need to take him." Hill said her eyes red from crying.
Steve was about to walk forward but Luke stopped him. Steve frowned but then saw Luke just wink at him and he rolled his eyes at his antics.
Luke walked to Natasha and did what he did earlier in the operation viewing room.
"Natasha."
Natasha abruptly walked out the room and Luke and Steve followed after her.
"Natasha!"(Steve)
"Natasha!"(Luke)
Natasha turned around and looked towards Steve. "What was Fury doing in your apartment?"
"I don't know." Steve answered.
Rumlow then walked up. "Cap! They want you back at S.H.I.E.L.D."
"Okay, give me a second." Cap replied.
"They want you now!" Rumlow said more forcefully.
"You are a terrible liar." Natasha said with a grin as she walked away.
Cap was upset because he didn't get a chance to talk to Luke alone yet. He needed to know why Fury said to find him.

(Triskellion S.H.I.E.L.D HQ)
Cap was walking towards Pierce's office when he saw Kate outside.
She greeted him as she passed. "Captain Rogers."
"Neighbor." Cap said in obvious dislike.
Cap walked into Pierce's office and they talked about why Fury was at Cap's apartment, the possibility that Fury hired the pirates to attack the Lemurian Star, and the reasoning for making Fury Director of S.H.I.E.L.D and Pierce was honestly using some Oscar worthy acting.
Luke who had used Invisible Woman's and Nightcrawler's powers, using her power to make the smoke invisible, and he used them to sneak in the room, and heard the last part of their conversation.
"Captain, you were the last one to see Nick alive. I don't think that's an accident. And I don't think you do either. So I'm gonna ask again. Why was he there?" Pierce asked.
"He told me not to trust anyone." Cap said.
"I wonder if that included him." Pierce said.
"I'm sorry, Those were his last words. Excuse me." Cap said as he started to leave.
"Captain. Someone murdered my friend and I'm going to find out why. Anyone gets in my way they're gonna regret it. Anyone." Pierce said with his Oscar skills again.
"Understood." Cap said and walked out.
Cap headed to the elevator getting ready to leave and grab the drive from where he hid it at the hospital. As the elevator was closing, Rumlow walked in with two other members of S.T.R.I.K.E and Cap started to notice strange things. He noticed that Rumlow seemed flustered and the other S.T.R.I.K.E member had his hand resting on his electric baton as if he was getting ready for a fight.
The elevator stopped on another floor and five guys in suits walked in. If anyone who had seen the movie was in the elevator, they'd realize that there was one more guy in a suit than in the movie. And if one looked closely than they could see for a split second, the eyes of one of the guys turned yellow and then back to normal. Cap didn't notice that, but he did notice how one of the guys in suits was sweating as if he was nervous.
The elevator stopped once more and three more S.T.R.I.K.E members got in. Cap then noticed the posture of the most recent S.T.R.I.K.E members who entered and they were stiff as a board.
Cap sighed internally and then looked around before saying. "Before we get started, does anyone want to get out?"
Nobody said anything but there was a slight smirk on one of the suit guys behind Cap.
Just then the S.T.R.I.K.E member in front of Cap extended his electric baton to hit Cap and the others were going to swarm him when they saw something that shocked them all until they were still. They saw one of the guys in suits change from a guy in a suit, to Agent Grey, one of the agency's strongest and best agents.
"Hiya fellas." Luke said with a giant grin.
"LUKE! WHAT THE HELL! HOW DID Y..." Cap started before he was interrupted by Luke.
"Cap. Fight now, talk later."
"Right." Cap said.
Suffice to say the battle went a lot easier than originally. Luke immediately knocked out the suit guys with their magnetic cuffs and grabbed an electric baton and electricuted Rumlow while Cap was fighting the other guys.
What Cap didn't see was that Luke turned his hand invisible and sent a massive pulse of bio-electricity into Rumlow's heart. This essentially caused him to have a heart attack and right as he died Luke grabbed him and slammed him on the ceiling which made it seem like he was just knocked out. Luke then helped to knock out the remaining S.T.R.I.K.E members that were still fighting.
While this was happening, freaking Jasper Sitwell was sending every last S.T.R.I.K.E team at the two. When the elevator finally stopped and opened, they were met with a bunch of guns aimed at them. Luke then grabbed a grenade pin with his Magneto powers and said.
"Hey uhh, what's that beeping?"
The S.T.R.I.K.E agents looked around confused until one of them. saw it.
"FAULTY GRENADE!! TAKE COVER!!"
Cap then smacked the elevator lines with his shield causing the elevator to drop suddenly and he heard a couple huge explosions that he attributed to the grenade exploding all the other ones. But it was actually Luke removing the pins on them all at once.
The elevator stopped and Cap started to open it he then saw agents heading toward the elevator and swiftly closed it again.
The agents reached the elevator doors and shouted to Cap from outside the doors.
"Give it up Rogers, get that door open. You got nowhere to go!"
Cap was about to jump out when Luke grabbed his shoulder.
"Cap wait!"
"What?" Cap said urgently.
"You do remember what I can do right?" Luke said smiling.
"Oh, right. I'd almost forgotten." Cap said as he smashed the window with his shield and jumped out.
Luke followed after him and just when everyone thought they were both crazy, they saw something amazing. Giant white wings had grown from Luke's back and he dived down, caught Cap and then flew off while holding Cap with his arm wrapped around his neck.

(S.H.I.E.L.D Control Center)
Jasper Sitwell was both astonished and pissed off as Cap escaped and apparently no one knew Agent Grey could sprout wings and fly.
"Are you kidding me? They're heading for the bridge, lock it down and bring in aerial units" Sitwell said angrily.
As Luke was flying with Cap they were going across the bridge and they saw a Quinjet fly past them and get ready to open fire.
"Cap get ready to grab on to the ship." Luke said.
Luke threw Cap at the ship and just after Cap landed and started to destroy the engine he saw something amazing that he couldn't explain, which he hadn't seen since he worked with Apex. Cap saw Luke fly forward and all of the sudden claws came out of his knuckles and he slashed right through one of the wings of the quinjet. This made the jet spiral out of control and crash down onto the other side of the bridge. Cap had been on top of the jet and he jumped of and landed in a crouched position with his shield.
Luke flew over and grabbed Cap and they flew off. "So, where are we headed?" Luke asked Cap before they picked up too much speed in the air.
"We need to go to the hospital where Fury was treated, I have to pick something up." Cap shouted to Luke over the wind as Luke had sped up.
"No problem. Just hold on tight." Luke said with a smirk.

"Listen up. Whatever your Op is, burry it. This is Level One. Contact DOT. All traffic lights in the district go red. Shut all runways at BWI, IAD, and Regan. All security cameras in the city go through this monitor right here. " Sitwell said while gesturing with his thumb to the big monitor behind him.
"Scan all open sources, phones, computers, PDAs, whatever. If someone tweets about either of them I wanna know about it." Sitwell said while pointing at the monitor behind him with Cap and Luke's pictures.
"With all due respect, if S.H.I.E.L.D is investigating Captain America and one of our top agents, we have the right to know why." Kate said while staring at Stillwell.
"Because he lied to us." Pierce said as he walked into the control center.
"Captain Rogers has information regarding the death of Nick Fury, he refused to share it. Agent Grey helped him escape. Now I don't know what you all call it, but where I'm from that's called aiding and abetting. Whether or not Agent Grey also has knowledge about Fury, is unknown. But until such time that I say differently, Captain America and Agent Grey are fugitives of S.H.I.E.L.D.
