Sunsets have passed by unnoticed but it is felt deeply in her heart. She couldn't help but dread going to sleep every night. Of course, who wouldn't? If you had a death sentence looming over ahead of you, who wouldn't? It was starting to become quite tedious to keep up with the days but she knew she went through them as she grew weary every day. The stuffy air of the dark cell and the food growing meager as the days passed by lent to the fact that if the execution doesn't take her away, this way of living surely will. She didn't know why she end up living in such a manner but it had surely become disgustingly consuming of her life force to wait for the day. Every day she wakes and startles at the sound of each and every metal clanking. She thinks, ah maybe they have come to get me. But they never do.
