Grandpa Ho: Owner of the hostel that Chen Xue'er is staying. An old man who is as happy and outgoing as his wife.

Chen Xue'er had not been used to being back in Chang An. On her first day alone, she had woken up thinking that Cao Shu Yu would appear through her door and greet her morning as she always did with that radiant shy smile of hers.
But everything can become a habit, and so happened to her. After a few months, she no longer thought that Cao Shu Yu would appear. Being alone was not Chen Xue'er's strong points. She soon opened up to the old couple who were the owners of the hostel.
