Fadimatuu wakes up to someone tickling her. She half open her eyes to see if its Ameerah or Zaynab, and when she saw Ameerah she shot her a deadly glare.
Ameerah stuck her tongue at her and runaway for her dear life as Fadimatuu started running after her.
"Ummi Ummi help me please" Ameerah said as she hide behind Ummi.
"Hey don't disturb me please, I just wake up I don't have time for your shenanigans" Ummi said leaving them and started heading to the kitchen.
"Good morning Ummi" Fadimatuu said cheekily.
"Morning dear, how are you? Ameerah you can't even greet me huh?" Ummi said as she gave her a glare.
"Sorry Ummi Good morning" Ameerah said and Ummi nod as she went inside the kitchen leaving them in the sitting room downstairs.
Fadimatuu went and smacked Ameerah in her arm and hold her tightly in her hands.
"I got you" Fadimatuu said.
Ameerah struggle in her hold.
"Please leave me nah" Ameerah said giving her best puppy eyes.
"Hey I won't fall for that, I must teach you a lesson, next time you won't try disrupting my sleep" Fadimatuu said trying to form a stern look.
"Yes Zaynab is here, please help me beg Fadimatuu to leave me" Ameerah said pleading with Zaynab.
It's now that Fadimatuu noticed Zaynab standing at the end of the stairs.
"Okay Fadimatuu please spare this little sister of ours, you know how she always behave childishly. Don't be like her acting childish too, let you be mature enough to leave her" Zaynab said as she walks to where they were standing.
Ameerah glared at Zaynab for calling her childish.
"Oh so you're even glaring at me?" Zaynab said trying to suppressed her laughter after Ameerah give her a look to keep quiet so as not Fadimatuu hear them.
"I'll leave you just because Zaynab intervened if not you know what'll happened" Fadimatuu said as she releases her from her hold.
Ameerah nod and move from Fadimatuu and stood beside Zaynab.
"let's go and have breakfast since everything was settled now" Zaynab said to them.
"I have not even brush my teeth because of this girl, you should go ahead am coming" Fadimatuu said.
"Okay we'll wait for you at the dinning table" Ameerah said smiling at Fadimatuu who nod in return as she sauntered upstairs heading to Ameerah's room.

"It's almost 2:PM now, remains 2 hours before Akhi comes, let's hurry up and get ready" Zaynab said when she look at the pink clock hanging in the room.
"Yes you're right let's get ready before Akhi comes" Ameerah replied her, Fadimatuu and Zaynab nod as they stand up.
"Since we already took our baths let's find clothes to wear, but we're not going to do makeup?" Fadimatuu said.
"Of course we're going to do make up nah" Ameerah said laughing at her because she knows Fadimatuu doesn't like makeup at all, she can even count how many times she did makeup.
"You know I don't like makeup that's why you're saying this" Fadimatuu said like she would cry.
"Okay don't worry girl, we're going to do light makeup and I'll makeup your face" Zaynab said as she pat Fadimatuu on her shoulder.
"Okay I trust you, light makeup only" Fadimatuu said and Zaynab nod at her.
"Let's start getting ready, we don't have enough time" Ameerah said as she walk inside her walk in closet, they followed after her entering together.
"Which clothes are you wearing girls?" Ameerah asked them.
"I'm going to wear my black Abayah" Fadimatuu said.
"Nooo you're not going to wear any black abayah, something light would do" Ameerah said and she replied with "okay boss".
"What about you Zaynab?" Ameerah said to her.
"I have something light too boss" Zaynab said as she bowed down, who laugh at her gesture.
"I don't trust your light so you all are going to wear my clothes whether you like it or not!" Ameerah said sternly.
"Okay boss" they chorused at the same time.
They went further in to the closets as they saw different sets of gowns, abayas, leggings, kimonos and all sets of clothes were hung including atampa, lace, material and others.
Fadimatuu was looking at the various clothes hung inside the closet when Ameerah's voice broke her out of her trance.
"Don't tell me you're wearing that green atampa you're looking at?" She said cringing at her own words.
"No am not wearing that, what's wrong with it if I wear it?" Fadimatuu said raising her brows.
"Huh? you're even asking me what's wrong with it? How can one just wear atampa? I, if not Ummi was forcing me to wear atampa when going to weddings or visiting some of our relatives I'll not wear it." Ameerah said irritation clearly in her voice.
"Hmm Ameerah and your shenanigans, you should get that thought out of your head. Atampa is our native clothe there is nothing you can do that's going to change that, you better start learning to wear it" Fadimatuu said while Ameerah scoffed at her.
"Okay enough of this let's look for clothes to wear if we don't want to be late" Zaynab said changing the topic because she's eager for them to go shopping, just thought of it make her all giddy.
Uptil now she's new to Nigeria and Kano to top it all, she wants to go round the city and get well adapted to it.
One beautiful peach abaya caught Fadimatuu's eye and she had found the perfect dress to wear for today.
"I have found my dress, come and see" Fadimatuu said as she brought the abaya and ushering them to see.
"Wow Masha Allah, the abaya is beautiful, I even picture you wearing it" Zaynab said to her and Fadimatuu smiled at her.
"Yeah it's beautiful" Ameerah said agreeing with them.
"Look I've found my perfect dress too" Zaynab said picking a maroon abaya next to Fadimatuu's.
"I said something light Zaynab, don't put something dark nah" Ameerah whined at her.
"Hey let her wear what she wants and the abaya is beautiful, it's almost the same as mine is only the colour that's different and some things. And maroon is not that dark" Fadimatuu said and Zaynab nodded in agreement.
"Okay, you two have found your perfect dress what about me?" Ameerah said looking at both of them.
"You should wear abaya too" Zaynab suggested.
"Not abaya, let me look again if I can find something to wear" Ameerah said rummaging through her clothes.
"I think I've found my perfect dress too" Ameerah said bring a dark brown gown with its open long light brown top the same height as the gown.
"It's beautiful, aren't we going to exchange please" Zaynab said batting her eye lashes.
"Nop sowie" Ameerah said using babyish tone.
"Okay it's 3PM now, 1 hour remains we better hurry and get ready, we spent enough time choosing our dresses." Fadimatuu said going out of the closet and they trail after her.
"Let's perform ablution before we start doing our makeup, since it's almost asr prayer" Zaynab suggested.
"Yes you're right" Fadimatuu replied her.
