The next morning Fadimatuu woke up early and prepared a breakfast for them. Because she wants to go to the hospital early since she didn't stay with Khaleel last night.
Zaynab had already woken up, so she went to Ammi's room to wake her up for breakfast.
She knocked on the door and didn't hear any response. So she just twist the doorknob and went inside.
She saw Ammi sitting on the bed doing nothing.
"Good morning Ammi" Fadimatuu greeted her.
"What's good about the morning? You walked into the room without waiting for a response from me?" Ammi yelled.
Fadimatuu just sighed. She's not in the mood for Ammi's yelling.
"I'm sorry Ammi. I just came to inform you that breakfast is ready" Fadimatuu uttered turning to leave the room because she can't stand Ammi's yelling early in the morning.
Ammi roughly turned Fadimatuu around and gave her a tight slap.
Fadimatuu hold the place Ammi slapped her as tears started gushing out of her eyes.
