Well hi readers I don't where this small journey might take me but I hope you accept the things I have to say and allow me to be unapologetically me.

I don't express myself particularly well...well sort of I'm good at expressing my opinions when friends or family need it but when it comes down to me I sorta shut everybody off. Not that I don't want to be bothered with the topic about me and what's going on in my head or where my mental is but I can be a very emotional guy so it's hard especially when those close to you have a tendency to disregard what you have to say.. so me myself I just treat my own wounds and heal in silence
