Sophia walked closer to the throne where the King was seated, her dress trailing behind her.
Earlier that morning after telling Talmon about her encounter with the Socerer she had decided to take up the responsibility as well as position of the new Witch Queen.
It had been dormant for three years waiting for the day she would take it up and she believed I was time.
Going to the market she both an unusual plain long dress which the Witch Queens usually wore especially during their first month as Queen.
After that she had gone to visit the Late King and Queen's grave to seek their blessings as well as the blessings of the ancestors and Former Queen(Diane).
Her full powers had been activated after the prayers and she had matched confidently to the palace to save her mother and the remaining of her kind that hadn't died.
"You....you are in the presence of your King" Zadok yells.
"Oops,he isn't my King Cabinet official, three years ago he proved that... besides am Queen of my own people,I bow to no one" Sophia says.
"What do you want?" Edom asks from besides the King.
No one had noticed the way his eyes had lit up when he saw Talmon.
Although Talmon's face held pure distaste it was obvious they knew each other.
Years back Talmon had been in love with Edom and due to the peace between humans and Witches their both parents had decided to get them married later on in life.
It all changed when he had decided to become the prince's right hand man.
He had stopped visiting or having time for her and soon when the prince became King he hadn't even gone against the King or said a word to support or defend them... infact he hadn't even alerted them about the King's plans to ruin their tower even when he was aware.
He had abandoned her.
"To see the King in private,I have a vision for him"Sophia says.
"How do we know you are not lying?"Zadok says.
"Official could you keep your mouth shut? unlike you people our kind don't tell lies to save ourselves" Sophia smiles.
Edom turns to the quiet King Ramos who nods signalling everyone to leave.
Soon only Talmon,Edom,King Ramos and Sophia where Left in the throne room as Sophia made herself comfortable by sitting on one of the Cabinet member's chair.
"Start talking now before I behead you"King Ramos says with irritation.
"You wouldn't dare My king only I hold you solution" She smirks.
"Is that so?" King Ramos asks.
"Three years ago when the Tower was burnt down a young witch who had just gotten married and due to deliver lost her husband to the fire" She starts.
"Witches deserved what they got" Ramos says through gritted teeth.
"I don't think so,your majesty" Talmon whispers.
"When she gave birth to her child in the forest she used the child to seal a curse" Sophia shrugs
"What?" Edom asks.
"We do that all the time, its to make sure our curse is unbreakable by any other person or Witch" Talmon adds.
"She said that her child had become yours and as she was leaving the child alone in the forest to die that was how yours would be lost" Sophia says.
"Did the child die?" Edom asks
"I have no idea if it did"Sophia scoffs.
it was obvious she knew but wasn't willing to tell as she smirked fully folding her arms awaiting them to realize her intentions.
Luckily his right hand man was not as dumb as him the King.
"What do you want?" Edom asks.
"I want me, Talmon and my mother saved. release my mother as well as I and Talmon and I'll give you the remaining details" Sophia says.
