An 80 year old hired hand trudged down the sidewalk, on his way to a hospital to see his ailing wife.
While he walked, fatal thoughts of doing unpleasant things to himself started to linger around his mind.
The old man started feeling fatigued and vomitous, he had to sit down on a nearby bench as his bone-weary body worsened the further he went on...
He started feeling warmed up, and he continued to get hotter and hotter, he closed his eyes as he laid down on the bench, he opened his eyes as he felt his forehead and above him, he saw an ominous jet black figure with brightly white glowing eyes.
He heard a girl's voice in his head, it was his wife's voice reminding him of every terrible act she's ever done, the time he caught her cheating, the words she said when they talked about them kept repeating in his head.
The old ill man hopped up from the bench but his body had been so weakened, he fell over immediately, he didn't have the strength in his muscles to move nor could he think straight while excuses his wife made continued repeating in his head, tears fell and rained as this moment made him realize how powerless he truly is, powerless against what's killing his wife, powerless against the betrayal that lost him his company, as powerless against when his brother went out the same way he almost went out moments ago as he was pondering what he was unexpectedly.
The ominous orange glow that came out of the hands of this figure reached out slowly for his head, while all he could think of was acceptance of his fate now.
"Maybe, I'll see my wife in those golden gates of heaven..." The man kept telling himself as he accepted what's inevitable for everyone, on the ground.
The creature touched his head and feelings of encouragement emerged, encouragement to take vengeance on his wife for breaking her vows, on his business partner for stealing away his company in Chealb, vengeance on his brother for leaving him in this cold dead world, vengeance on his wife's kids for moving her away from him then he would take vengeance on the final person he thought he needed payback on the most in his life as the cherry on top.
This creature tried to spread his influence of Vengeance for all the injustice the man has been through, those around him put him through...
Before the being's full influence could come through and he'd act on this encouragement, these thoughts vanished and he could move again, he looked around and he saw a member of the Gen-oath he's read about before fighting the ominous creature one on one...
He wasn't the bulkiest one, but he was athletically built, stood around a good five feet tall, seven inches.
The old man just couldn't believe he was seeing one in person, this Gen-oath member was fighting the being that appeared out of nowhere, he was fighting him well too.
As he witnessed an epic battle between two unreal creatures, beings who were everywhere, some loved, some resented, persecuted, victimized against in the world... He was in awe.
The Gen-oath member fainted and fell, moments later after the Gen-oath member fell, he looked up and saw a bottle drop and break on the creature's head, the creature combusted by dark flames before releasing a monstrous screech, you could hear it's agony as it seemingly burned to ashes.
A man appeared like he was there the whole time and flew down to him, as the old man stood lying on the sidewalk, this younger man held out his hand to help him and as he didn't know what else to do or how else to react, he took his hand and got off the ground.
"It tore worse here in this city, huh?" Said the Ambivalent man in his head as he seemingly investigated around the area.
"Sh-Should I thank you or be more afraid than before?" The old man asked the younger man who just doomed him and saved him, the man gave the older one a blank stare before he opened his mouth and said, "Neither, just act like you never seen me, I'm piecing together a fun puzzle." He responded before he started walking away to continue what he was doing before the old man caught his attention.
"Still, Th-thanks!!" The old man yelled out in response as he walked away, the ambivalent man halted and placed his hands on his hips, "Ugh, the world shouldn't be like this, the way you're going out, should be antiquated at best by now!" The Ambivalent man said as he turned around having the older man witness his eyes glow a dark red in his rage.
The older man became a little terrified but the ambivalent man could also see a little genuine concern on his face.
"Alright, you Eenshteifet, let's make a deal... Wear these clothes, use the word "Jhiuliush" in your vocabulary, and I'll cure your I' èpouse right now!" The Ambivalent man told him, before pulling out of his pocket, a Teeny peculiar dresser and handing it to him.
The men took the teeny dresser, but that didn't matter to him, what he mostly heard was the promise of curing his ailing wife, "You'd do that?" He asked, "You can do that?" He asked again, then reality struck him like a dagger to the heart, "Even if you do cure her, we're out of our prime, she's out of her prime, how long would we have anyway?" The older man was saddened by the realization of age.
"Stupid ajitapme, yeevsh!" The Ambivalent man stressed in his head, before warping him and the older man to the hospital his wife was being treated in.
-
The shift happened so suddenly, the older man wasn't expecting it at all, it made him feel a little nauseous like earlier.
"She's beautiful. In my day, Age was a distant memory, wrinkles and grey hair, an aesthetic women would use to get men who liked the look, to notice them, like makeup today, aging was nothing but a mere resolution and decision. The body, aside from gender, was like a doll, you could design it... You wanted to lift a boulder, you could, you wanted to be an animal for a while you could, you didn't like your height... Change it!" The Ambivalent man informed him and kind of bragged while demonstrating his point visually, the older man was amazed.
The older man couldn't say anything, his only reaction was staring in amazement at what he's been told, if he didn't just see him do the impossible, he'd think he's talking about the impossible.
The ambivalent man turned around and pulled out a pen, but not just any pen, one that looked ancient, before even his great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great and it goes on, but great grandparents time, the older man thought to himself.
The Ambivalent man began drawing unrecognizable shapes on her arms, her abdomen and legs.
"There we go, give this some patience and within a month or a week, she should be feeling pretty inhuman when it kicks!" Said the Ambivalent man, "Th-Thank you kindly!" The older man replied, afterwards, he plopped down in the only chair in the room.
A smile creeped as a thought arose for the Ambivalent man, "Remember the deal we made and here, DO NOT drink any of this until your woman awakes, it'll help yourself too!" The Ambivalent man didn't need to warn him twice about not drinking his oddly turquoise glowing vials he handed to him.
The older man opened one of the vials as he was curious of what it smelled like, he came the closest to throwing up he ever came to throwing up when he smelled it, "This smells like rotten eggs and fox urine, ugh!" The older man yelled as he covered his nose with his shirt.
He looked around realizing there was no reply and the Ambivalent man seemingly vanished with a note left in his place that read: "Generil please!" On the cover.
It didn't take numerous warnings for the older man to hold off on drinking the juice the Ambivalent man gave him.

"Ugh!!" Ember noised frustratedly, "It seemed so simple though, you point and press, you point and release, WHY CAN'T I HIT ANYTHING?!" She complained during the Trio's daily training.
This day was Artus' day to improve his sibling's marksmanship, Lyle isn't anywhere close to Artus' aim, but he's more than proficient... Good enough to make 4th place in S.I.O.M's marksmanship classes, Artus' main study.
"Heh, there's an obvious reason why I made top in the class for so many years, I'm just too amazing!" Artus bragged as an apple laid on his head, "Can you stop trying to break my focus here, I still have 3 arrows remaining!" Ember complained as she stood calm and collected while she drew her bow, like Artus taught, tipped to her, then she released from 60 yards away. She missed her targeted apple.
Ember threw down her bow in frustration, anger, and she felt a little inferior to her brothers.
"I don't think I'm gonna attend these classes of yours, anymore." Ember informed her brother, "That's alright, roscoes aren't for everyone." Artus replied to her choice, "At least now you see guns aren't "menial" right?" Artus replied with a gigantic smug smile to a comment she made before...
"Ugh, so narrow-minded." Ember comments.
"Ay, Lyle, come show Ember why you always ranked top 5 in the class even when I didn't and while she got kicked out!" Artus yelled to his brother, as he looked over and saw him leaned against a wall as usual...
"I was not kicked out, they simply saw how Ardent I was and saw my potential so they became driven in making it existent." Ember quickly responded.
Lyle decided to participate even though he doesn't need the practice, he knows Artus just liked the bonding time, "I always got top 5 because you loved trolling Mentor Conan for some reason." Lyle replied as he walked to Ember, Ember gave him the bow and quiver of arrows then got into a common archery stance and readied an arrow.
"Dude, you know the reason why I trolled him so badly!!" Artus replied, upset remembering the criticism for accuracy he'd always receive from him, "Top in the class every year out of something like 20 kids?" Artus began to rant, "49 kids!" His sister corrected, "Yeah, 49 or whatever, but like, Nooo, I was never up to his expectations though!" He finished ranting.
Lyle froze for a moment, "You know what, if only he can see how good you've become now, you always soar past my expectations, Arty." Lyle informed his brother as he handed him the bow and arrows.
Lyle decided to put the rest of the apples on his head, all 3 for Artus, Artus grabbed 3 arrows... One for each apple and with one bow... Artus aimed and shot them all off with inhuman accuracy.
"That felt good, man." Said Artus, "Yeah, anytime dude." Lyle replied before the two brothers fist bumped, except Artus with a gun he poofed.
"I can't wait for my day after tomorrow!" Ember blurted out, smiling.
"Ah, hold that thought, Aaida just texted, we gotta stop an elderly, indestructible thrill seeking married couple!" Artus informed the Trio as he looked at his Generil communicator, "Wow, that's the kind of love I wanna find one day!" Artus commented as he stood around while his siblings immediately sprinted off in the direction Aaida told them to go.

"Um, Fran, should we really be doing this, I mean what about those Gen-oath guys?" Isaac asked his now healthier than a new-born wife, "You drag me away from Seyort, force me to wear these embarrassing clothes and ever since I've woken up and felt this good, I've heard you say gibberish more times than I said my own children's names, than you ever said my name before, listen Isaac... Do you want to be that play by the rules nerd forever or do you want to take my hand and cheat death with me?" His wife responded, "You're 80, I'm 90, we're not getting any younger but we can parkour like we used while we're feeling younger..." Francesca told her husband.
Old habits die hard for the young and the old alike, which described the conflict Issac Bridger was going through here, two halves that drove him, his logical half and that undying love for his wife half even though, even though he knows she's a bad influence for him, but this moment made him realize maybe that was one reason why he loved her though she had flaws... She gave him unbelievable flaws, she always gave him one flaw he needed most in his life... Boldness.
Issac grabbed his wife's hand and together they dropped from one of the highest buildings in Generil and together, they landed flat on their faces.
The people around them screamed and panick, some thinking it was a suicide attempt, others spectating them getting up together and seeing no blood which made them think it was a monster attack.
A Generil officer was among the many public spectators and he was also one of the many who thought it was a monster attack, he got his gun out and began shooting nonstop while yelling "Oh, hell naw!" feeling true terror as he did, but even though they'd get knocked down, they'd get back up completely unharmed.
He eventually called it in and gave his details, leaving out the terror shooting, the couple saw him, Francesca looked at Isaac then gave a hair-raising smile before rushing over to the cop and flipping him over her shoulder.
Issac's face spilled his confusion, then he recollected their talk moments ago and joined in, stomping the cop as he was on the ground hurt.
2 police cars pulled up, the closest backup arrived, the police usually travel in duos. Except 5 cops came, seeing the couple standing over an unconscious officer, the new backup thought it was safe to assume they were the reason the backup was called to begin with... Each one pulled out their guns.
Francesca sauntered to one of the cops, he was the biggest cop, largest, tallest, carried the most muscle and fat, "Ma'am, I will relentlessly open fire if you don't remain still!!" The cop warned Francesca but she continued walking towards him anyway.
She was able to travel a few steps before he delivered on his warnings and repetitively blasted his shooting iron, aimed at her gut, the most the blasts did was knock her down, off her feet but there was no blood, she didn't cry in pain, no need for medical treatment.
"You guys, we did nothing wrong, this cop just started shooting us!" Isaac informed and reasoned with the other police, but Francesca got back on her feet and began walking toward the cop again, menacingly.
The cop didn't find it necessary to waste ammo firing more at her, so he waited until she was close enough, when she got close enough, he swung and tried to bash her in the head with the butt of the gun.
Full force, she went down, and again with no blood or physical damage, she got off her knees and kicked him right in the groin.
He dropped to his knees, holding his groin after he let out a girly shriek of pain.
The spectating officers watched stunned and frozen before one of them called for further backup.
"What, Why'd you do that??" Isaac questioned, completely baffled, "Because, I've been thinking, I think it's pretty safe to say we're not going to be able to time travel next to fix our past mistakes, these guys are trained officers, they can take a little beating." Francesca answered her husband.
They looked around and realized the other officers were gone, they ran away, "The Gen-oath guys'll probably be here soon but..." Isaac thought to himself.
Isaac thought about it for a moment, but he didn't get a lot of time since the officer recovered and got in a stance that spoke on how ready for a fight he was, "Don't let that pride take over, young man!" Isaac warned but like his wife, the officer didn't care.
The officer swung and swung, a left jab and a right hook, a bit of basic boxing and kickboxing, the officer tried but Isaac wasn't a chump, he decided to take self defense classes in his younger days. A full burst of left hooks, it only took a few to knock this hulking officer out cold.
"What do we do now, Miss Bridger?" Isaac asked, as he grabbed his wife by the waist, "Now we parkour, just... Like when we were jeune, mister Bridger!" Francesca answered him.
-
"They were last seen near Fraîch and pour toujours street!" Lyle reminded his siblings over their comms as he was sprinting to apprehend the elderly couple, he and his siblings split up to cover more ground.
"I'll take pour toujours, guys!" Artus responded as he ran and sprinted where he said he was going to...
"I'll take fraîch then!" Ember replied as she changed directions and began running towards that part.
Lyle kept running until he stopped for a moment, his gut told him to look up and so he did, he saw the couple on another high building, with a fall that'd kill anyone.
"I see them, they're near me, I'll ping and you guys make your way!" Lyle informed His siblings as he began his ascent.
-
"Frannie, even though this isn't gonna last forever or even a day, honestly, I've never been happier!" Issac told his wife as they were in the same pose as earlier, "You know what?" Issac asked rhetorically as Francesca's influence got a hold on him, "I'm tired of running away, let's teach this lad a lesson together!" Isaac finished with a blast of confidence.
Francesca deviously smiled as she heard him tell her that, "These few days have been the greatest of my life, I'm so glad I've got to spend it with you, let's show this le Juene homme how we used to scrap!" She finished firing up.
"Just any minute now, they're probably gonna burst through that door!" Isaac thought as the two faced toward the only way up.
Only one appeared in front of them, which surprised Isaac a little, since the Gen-oath team in his city fight as a squad more often than not, but here's a single member fighting.
Lyle didn't say a word as he got in his stance, a boxing stance and got fired up.
"Are you underestimating us cause we're old?" Francesca asked as she got in a taekwondo stance, the fighting stance.
Lyle didn't answer her question, he stood in his stance quietly and patiently waiting.
Isaac ran first and swung, Lyle effortlessly dodged all of his attempts before catching one of his kicks and shoving him on the ground with it.
Francesca tried her hand, she kicked ferociously but Lyle allowed her to land a Baldeung kick, thanks to his armor, it was like kicking a wall.
"Our super strength?!" Francesca questioned as she began to become afraid, backing up, as Lyle waited for his siblings.
"We never had super strength, Franny, that stuff made us stronger, quicker and tougher but it made us nowhere near these guys until..." Isaac told her as arose from the ground, "Until…?" Lyle asked himself as he prepared for the worst or unpredictable as best he could…
"The Finale hour, blesses perennial power, from the 50th floor of your garnering tower!" Isaac recited as he glared in the sky.
A beam blasted from the sky from God knows where and gave Isaac and Francesca one heck of a feeling through their bones, through their eyes and through their veins as each of those parts of them including their hair glowed the same color of what they drank, weeks prior.
"Oh yeah, THIS. FEELS. EXHILARATING!!!" Isaac shouted out like it was and with a sonorous and thunderous voice, "Wait, tell me if you feel this babe!" Said Francesca before she flew faster than a regular man could see as she double backfisted Isaac, like the force of the beam that hit the couple sending Lyle almost off the roof leaving him hanging on, Isaacsoard from her attack but quickly caught himself mid-air and piloted back, "Nope, that tickled woman!" as he returned, he replied.
Lyle climbed backup on the roof he was dangling from, "Artus. Ember, sort of need you guys right now!" Lyle reminded his siblings over their comms again, as he looked up, he descried the two figures, "I might you two more than I thought!" He informed them urgently.
The couple descried him too as they looked down with their beautifully bright, maroon eyes staring back at him, he could only wonder what's going on in their heads.
"If you catch us, we'll go with you willingly!" Isaac quickly said before he and his wife took off at a pace Lyle thought he could keep up with, the couple grabbed each other's hands and leaped off the building to another with ease having to jump a large gap, almost looking like they were being lifted as they soared.
Lyle sighed then leaped off himself, as he flew like a bird he didn't believe he'd make it until he decided to use his teleportation to help him make it across.
"He can keep up but…" Isaac replied before he and his wife sprinted and front flipped off the building, Isaac landed on his face while Francessca landed on her feet but she helped him up while her eyes changed to pink, they terrified more citizens on their way down, Lyle stepped back before he sprinted as fast he could and dived face first down the building. He used his teleportation to land on his knees before he smashed face first into the ground like Isaac.
"Huh, time's almost up for our fun baby." Isaac said screaming but like he was relieved of something, as he informed his wife his eyes quickly shifted from pink to yellow in a quick second, "How long we got, babe?" Francessca asked, as hyped as her husband, sincerely unaware until their power leaves, "Ten entire minutes left, if we're lucky!" He answered her.
A moment filled with silence came by, but their smile and beautiful glow stayed as they were, the couple turned and gave a grin towards Lyle as you could see what their intention was clear as day.
Lyle squared up, not thinking of them as his brother would but more symmetrical to his sister, as dangerous and calamitous Anomalous instead…
The couple fought well, Lyle started restraining himself not being completely devoid of emotions until he felt like the couple was holding back more than he was, he began fighting at his best proving his feeling correct when they punched him so hard, his armor had dents in it from their attacks.
Eventually, the elderly couple proved way too strong for him, pinning him down, stomping him, Isaac at one point grabbed him by his shoulders and tossed him toward the building they were fighting in front of like he was as light as a pillow and putting a dent in it, Francesca tossed him around like he was a ragdoll, left and right and up and down.
Then they just… stopped after Isaac yelled "It's timmeee!" Still as hyped as before, Francessca ran to his side and the two held onto each other for the final time.
Their eyes lit up brighter than the sun with Pink then began to flicker repeatedly, flashed from black to pink at a noticeable rate then the two slowly broke down into two piles of ash and became scattered as the wind blew them apart but the sun kept brilliantly lucent.
Lyle was heavily injured after his beating but they left him still conscious enough to walk off the pain, after seeing them break down into ash like they did, he hopped off the ground and watched as he stared with uncertainty, unbalanced and addled after seeing what he saw.
Artus and Ember finally caught up, but they were befuddled themselves wondering what happened to him, why he was bloodied and his armor ruined.
"Bro, I need more cardio, I can't keep up these days!", Lyle stared in his usual silence but in the same direction the couple's ashes flew off and away in and he did with widened eyes, "Dude, I might need a hug or something." Lyle responded giving his siblings concern.
