The First Responder Unit or FRU was a sub-division unit under the Singapore Police Force whose duty to act fast into rescueing civilians from an enemy or catastrophic threat in Singapore. The FRU was established on 2060 by the Minister of Home Affairs fearing that Singapore would be a targeted by foreign terrorist who would come into Singapore silently undetected and causing trouble in the island city-state. The Minister also express his concern about Singapore's safety after World War III ended at 2050.
In 2061, the FRU later reforms into a Joint Task Force and accepts anyone who previosly works as Soldier, Police officer, Firefighter, Doctor or anything relatable. To join the First Reponder Unit, one must undergo a selection week on the early month of January and 12 months of training (if they are being selected). After that, they are to pledge themselve into the Oath of Action before given a choice of weaponary with no charges. If an FRU is caught red-handed for breaking the Oath of Action or the Singaporean Law, their privileges are revoked and remove.
In 2062, the JTF leaders elected Ahmar Bin Asada to become the FRU commander after Alif Bin Wahid retired himself at the age of sixty. The JTF later receives a distress call from the private military company of Griffin & Kryuuger who requires aid from the Republic of Singapore and sends Ahmar to assist their problems.
