Coulter glanced at her with his amused gaze, Medusa was still trying to pretend she was innocent. And knew nothing about whatever Coulter was trying to say and implied by his accusations. All because she had the lingering threat at the back of her head that Coulter would definitely try to harm her and Kayden if she accepted the truth.
It was not as if Coulter could not really spot her identity when it was pretty obvious by her voice. Coulter had numerous things to prove that she was a succubus but wanted to see how far she could go. It also raised his curiosity regarding why was she doing this? And why was she so loyal to Kayden?
