Because Kayden had genuinely disappointed her before his awakening. Now she had experienced Aiden and he was also no less than an annoying specimen for her. Medusa was eager to explore and find out the capabilities of the vampires.

She smiled back at the guard who still stood outside the academy premises. Although he did not require anyone's permission to step inside. But he intended to see and analyse the person who could daringly ruin master Aiden's reputation.
Since Aiden belonged to a wealthy family there were people scattered around the area to protect him. The guard took a step further and crushed the victim girl's skull under his foot. Everyone gasped at the gruesome sight but Medusa seemed unmoved.
