"I know that some of you don't know why I've called you here, correct?" Some heads nodded and Kalib continued, "This meeting concerns the lad that has entered our village earlier this evening", some people around the meeting table looked surprised, as they hadn't heard what had happened. "Someone entered our village? But the nearest city is 100 miles away!" One man said, Kalib nodded and said "On top of that, he's dressed like a noble", this statement brought more gasps and surprise than someone random entering their humble village, but now a noble had?
As they were discussing this, they were unaware that with Kalib's enhanced hearing, he heard everything they said. 'So they are discussing my presence'. Scarlett thought long and hard, then a thought came to him, 'Why don't I start a kingdom? I've read a lot of novels that have done that, so why not me? I'm the God of Time so it should make it easier too'.
Scarlett made sure that they didn't talk about anything interesting without him and then went to sleep.

When dawn broke, Scarlett got up and opened the door just as a young woman was going to knock on the door to wake him up. "Wh- never mind." She says, defeated. Scarlett smiled and went past the dazed lady downstairs to have breakfast.
When Scarlett arrived downstairs, he say Kalib already sitting at the table. "Did you sleep well, Scarlett?" Kalib asks, "Yes, how about you?" Scarlett answers "Fine as well." Kalib kindly replies. After this exchange and Scarlett sits in a chair indicated by the Elder. When Scarlett sat down, he asked, "So who was the woman that was going to wake me up?", confused Kalib asked "Was?", "Yes, was, I opened the door just as she was about to knock" Scarlett answered matter-of-factly. When Kalib heard this, he laughed hard, just as the woman entered, immediately getting red in the face.
"Ah, Beth, I heard what happened from our friend here." This causes her cheeks to become impossibly red. "So Beth is your name", Scarlett said, "Y-yes, it is". "So what's for breakfast today?" Kalib asks Beth, in a more confident tone, Beth says "We're having some meat from some local beasts.", Scarlett suddenly seems distracted and troubled. "Are you alright Scarlett?" Kalib asks with some concern, "Speaking of beasts, there's one coming now." Kalibs eyes widen. "Beth, tell the other villagers", "Yes Kalib".
"Scarlett, how far off is it," Kalib asks seriously, "About 5 minutes out" Scarlett replies, this surprises Kalib slightly, but it's good that they have at least a little time to prepare. "Okay, can you help with the beast? I know that you owe us nothing and we've only just met" Kalib asked Scarlett, "Maybe, I'll try my best", Kalib is relieved at Scarlett's answer, "Thank you, Scarlett."

After the men over 15 in the village gathered in the center, Kalib told them what the situation is. When they heard the news, they all started whispering to each other. "Please be calm, we will defeat this beast. The newcomer, Scarlett, has already agreed to help" Kalib assured, hearing this, the fear died down, though there were still the doughts of Scarlett's capabilities.

Just as Scarlett did this, the men of the village prepared for contact. Scarlett could feel its presence coming closer, even the strongest of the men were affected by its bloodlust. Suddenly, a black figure of a wolf jumped out of the trees, just as It was about to maul a younger member, an older man stepped in front, saving the kid, but he took some bad damage.
As the rest of the men were holding it off, Scarlett went up to the injured man and cast [Light Heal] "Luqvc hoem", this surprised the man. "Thank you, kind sir." the man promptly thanked Scarlett. "It's no problem" Scarlett accepted his thanks, turning his attention to the wolf, Scarlett decided to try using [Appraisal] on the wolf.

'So it's a Shadow Wolf, and it seems to only have 3 skills. But it is level 30 I hope I can beat it.'
"Everyone get back from it!" Scarlett yells, reflexively, they step away from the wolf. Scarlett extends his palm towards the wolf and casts a fireball "Fufopemm", a large fireball appears in front of Scarlett, and when it reaches what Scarlett assumes to be full size, he launches it. When it leaves his hand, it compresses and turns into a blue flame that emits a terrifying aura. The wolf notices this aura and tries to dodge, but the fireball is too fast and too powerful and the wolf is consumed by blue flames that make the grass wither in a large radius around the struggling wolf due to the flames sheer concentrated heat.
When the fire finally dissipates there is nothing left from the wolf, not even ashes.

At the spectacle of Scarlett annihilating the wolf, all the men cheer and shout for their hero. Scarlett smiles, for he knows that this is only the beginning. "Thanks for saving us, Scarlett," Kalib says, feeling relieved that they had accepted him in. Scarlett smiled and said, "No problem, I hope that me being here can be mutually beneficial".
