The afternoon sun poured through the tall windows, glinted in her hair, and shot sparks from her brilliant eyes. Kyla took a long, shuddering breath. "Anyone I may know?"
"Richard Henshaw." he watched her for any reaction but got none. The name didn't ring a bell, so he continued. "His mother called in the local police department around 3 am this morning?"
"3 am?" she rose a brow. "That's rather late. When did they find the body?"
"She actually found the body herself. Before he died Richard said he was going swimming with a girl named Camille. She's still missing but the boy's body was found exactly where he'd gone swimming."
She frowned. "I know Camille," she said.
"You do?"
"Yeah." she wanted to add that the young girl was a member of Delano's pack but of course, she couldn't. She decided to get in touch with Delano as soon as she is chanced.
"You're right," she added. "We really need to get back."
