Jae Seok is seen walking around Han River, alone and aimlessly. He saw around him so many people were also passing by there. Jae-Seok's face looks very flat and uninspired, he feels like he really wants to run and drown there but he still remembers if there is still something he has to do. Jae-Seok just sat on the outskirts of the Han River and threw small stones in his hands, he used to often do that with his friends, especially when he was sitting in junior high he often threw small stones together with Tae Hee who is very cheerful and always makes her smile. Tae Hee who he currently knows is not his childhood friend, he feels very cold and quiet, especially some of his friends who used to be busy with their respective school matters.
"I shouldn't have asked Tae Hee at that time to get out of her comfort zone—"
Jae Seok slowly closes his eyes and remembers the beautiful things in his life that happened in the past, the image of his mother laughing and holding Jae Seok's hand very tightly, everything is like a flash of a film without sound that keeps spinning inside. Jae Seok's brain was in great detail until his memory finally stopped at Tae Hee's smile who smiled at him and ran across a wide meadow.
"You're too slow Jae Seok!"
The words that came out of Tae Hee's lips in a tone that sounded very warm to Jae Seok's ears, until finally Jae Seok ran after Tae Hee, but when he stood in front of Tae Hee everything seemed to have turned gray.
"If you stand in my way, I will be willing to kill you."
Jae-Seok immediately jumped and opened his eyes quickly, he didn't realize that his tears were already dripping and wetting his cheeks. He also got up from his place and walked away from Han River, but when he turned his body he saw the image of his mother standing in front of him and smiling at him while shedding tears. He couldn't believe that his son had grown up without his presence, even when his son could see that he was standing in front of him, he couldn't touch his favorite son's hand.
"Mom, I miss you—" Jae Seok said with teary eyes again.
"My son, do you eat regularly? Are you still picky about food? You look very thin to my eyes."
"Erm, I eat regularly mother."
"Don't you feel lonely anymore?"
"I feel lonely after you left, I was alone, why didn't you tell me mom if you left the house"
"I did it because it's for you my son, take good care of yourself."
Slowly the shadow of the mother began to disappear from in front of Jae Seok, Jae Seok quickly wanted to take his mother's hand but it all disappeared too quickly until he finally woke up from his sleep. Jae-Seok also sighed heavily with his chest feeling very tight, he felt that his dream looked very real to him. Even though he could only talk briefly with his mother in his dream, it was more than enough for him. He also looked at his hands which could not reach his mother's hands even though it was only in a dream, he got up from his bed and opened the curtains to let the sunlight into his room through the gaps in the window.
This is the umpteenth day for him to run his life which looks very monotonous, all he does every morning is just get ready for school and live his high school days in gray that he can't feel like a positive impression. very sweet in his teenage years. Even every day Jae Seok doesn't realize that his life is part of Tae Hee's game which always gives smoke at the start of his day, I don't know what Tae Hee has planned later at school, but Jae Seok will always try to discuss everything with Tae hee well and calm.
Today Soo Young will go to school even though her right hand is in a plaster cast due to falling from the stairs yesterday, the private driver who usually takes Tae Hee at home now has to take Soo Young to school. Soo Young still doesn't feel well due to yesterday's events that happened at Tae Hee's house, but if she doesn't go to other schools she will feel suspicious if after Tae Hee's death she seems absent from class. When he walked into the hallway, all the students seemed to pay attention to him and seemed to be talking about him, because he felt uncomfortable finally he took his quick steps entered his class, and sat on his chair.
"Soo-young, what happened to you?" Soo Young's classmate asked while glancing at Soo Young's cast hand.
"Yesterday when I woke up in the morning I fell down the stairs, so I couldn't go to school and attend classes."
"Is the wound not too bad?"
"No, it will heal in a few days. I just sprained my arm—"
His friend nodded in understanding, Soo Young slowly felt a little pain in her hand, she got up from her seat and walked to the window, she stood watching the students who were seen walking on the field and about to enter the school lobby, two people students were running with a paper in their hands, accidentally the two of them collided and made all the papers thrown up, seeing this Soo Young smiled a little because she felt a little calm when she saw this scene. But all of that didn't last long after Tae Hee seemed to be walking from behind the papers that were thrown from top to bottom, he seemed to be smiling broadly while walking with steps that looked very annoying to Soo Young. Tae Hee quickly glanced at Soo Young who was standing in the classroom window, Soo Young immediately gasped violently, she was afraid that everything she saw was her illusion and imagination because she was thinking too much about her mistakes on Tae Hee.
"I won't let you go, Soo Young, you can see I have returned to school as a real winner." Tae Hee said while looking at her classroom window.
Tae Hee took her steps back and entered the school building, very confidently Tae Hee walked through the hallway which was filled with students passing by and chatting in front of their class, he stopped in front of his class. and found Jae Seok standing in his way.
"I will stop you from committing the crime you were referring to yesterday."
Tae Hee immediately glared at Jae Seok, how dare he blocks his path and want to destroy everything he had planned for decades. Tae Hee didn't even respond to Jae Seok's words, he immediately stepped into his class and just walked away leaving Jae Seok, before he arrived in Tae Hee's class he stopped and said a challenge to Jae Seok for the second time.
"I'm not afraid if I have to smear my hands with your blood, anyway what can you do to stop me?."
Jae Seok was immediately discouraged and seemed to clench his fists because he was very upset when he failed to bring Tae Hee back to being good again, but one thing Jae Seok didn't know was that Tae Hee was killed by Soo Young when he came home from his match. . Tae Hee was already in front of Soo Young's desk and greeted her very gently.
"Good morning Soo Young-"
Soo Young immediately raised her face and was surprised if it was Tae Hee who greeted her, she was just silent and didn't answer Tae Hee's greeting until finally, the friend behind her reprimanded her because she saw Tae Hee who was trying to invite Soo Young spoke but Soo Young didn't respond at all.
"Soo Young, Tae Hee invites you to talk"
"Erm… Tae-hee?"
"Yes, Tae Hee is in front of you"
Soo Young slowly stood up and turned to Tae Hee, she was trying to adapt to her atmosphere which felt different from usual. Soo Young's lips slowly became mute and stuttered when she was about to answer Tae Hee's question, Tae Hee just smiled showing her smirk, and walked to her seat at the back.
"How is it possible that Tae Hee is still alive? Sam has made sure that if Tae Hee is not breathing at that time, I must contact Sam as soon as possible, if it is Tae Hee, then we will all be in danger."
Soo Young quickly left the classroom and looked for Sam's number in her cellphone contact, when she was connected to Sam she immediately told everything to Sam, but Sam didn't believe it and assumed that Soo Young was just hallucinating.
