After that night Kamou and Juho got back to their work. Kamou hit the sets of the movie to complete the shooting in Korea. Juho got busy with his album, which was set for release within a month. They talked often on phone but their busy schedules didn't allow them to meet much.
The relationship between the two didn't go unnoticed by their managers who accompanied them almost all day. There wasn't much of a reluctance from Kamou's agency but they still wanted to keep it a secret since she was merely at the start of her career. Juho's agency was quite strict about dating, yet no one dared to say anything to him on the condition of secrecy. The news of them dating couldn't come out any time soon. They were prohibited from meeting at public places to avoid being seen.
A day before Juho's album release, Kamou came home after a long day. The filming of her movie finished a few days back and she was busy with various promotional events. It was late in the night and she knew Juho would be working late. She wanted to wish him luck so she dropped a small text.
'God luck for your new album, love. You'll rock as usual, take care. I love you.'
It was one in the night, Juho was still in a meeting with his staff and director. They were going through the preparations for the last time. His phone chimed; he checked the text Kamou sent. A warm feeling wrapped around his body. In all these days they weren't able to talk, they longed for each other. He was about to reply but the director started talking to him about something important. He slowly slid his phone back into his pocket.
Kamou waited near her phone for Juho's reply for some time. The reply didn't come, a little disappointed she went to bed. She understood but at times she missed him. She was getting needy for his attention.

The next day, Kamou had to go to her agency. She hadn't signed any new project yet so she was somewhat free. Her agency wanted to see the response her film receives and then get her more work. In the evening she was hanging out with Gina at their regular spot. It had been a while since the two met.
In the café Kamou sat waiting for Gina, she got free earlier than expected. Gina came in and greeted Kamou with a hug.
"How have you been?" Kamou asked as Gina took her seat.
"The usual, you tell me. You are the one who newly got committed." Gina teased.
"I am good." Kamou replied with a tinge of irritation in her voice.
"What happened?" Something bothering you?" Gina asked.
"I don't know Gina. Lately, we have been so busy with work, we hardly talk."
"I heard his new album released today. He must be caught up in that."
"Yeah, I understand." Kamou tried to feel good.
The food they ordered came and they paused their conversation for a while. The café served really good coffee and it was something Kamou would order most of the time.
"Why do I think something else is bothering you?" Gina asked, looking at her concerned.
"I received a text from her, she sounded scared again."
"So, did you go to meet her?"
"No Gina, I just got free a couple days back. I am planning on visiting her soon."
"Did she tell what was it about?"
"No, I didn't call her back."
"Does Juho know about her?" Gina inquired.
'''No, not yet."
"Why? You haven't told him anything, right?' Gina was really concerned now.
Kamou looked down a little, the memories from her past flashing in front of her eyes. She was terrified. She took a deep breath after a while and looked up at her collecting herself.
"No, I haven't told him anything about my past. The topic never came up."
"Kamou are you crazy, how could you hide such an important detail about your life from him?"
"Because I don't want him to know. I don't want him to know what happened in my past, it will shatter my relationship with him. I don't have the courage to do that. What will he think of me?" Kamou shouted out these words.
"Listen to me, you really think you can hide it from him forever?" Gina cared for Kamou a lot.
"Yes, as long as I can. I ran away from it and I am in a whole new country. I don't think he would get to know anyway." Kamou explained, more like she talked herself down.
"Look Gina, I haven't been this happy in my whole life. I don't want the shadows of my past near it, it would ruin everything for us. I can't lose Juho and I have decided to keep it secret from him as long as I can. He will never get to know this unless I tell him, I am sure of it."
"Kamou are you sure? It's not good to keep things secret from your partner. I think Juho would understand if you tell him. He seems like genuinely nice guy."
"That the reason he can't know. Juho is a nice guy, the nicest guy I ever found. Even if he understands, the truth would change the way he looks at me. I can't live with that." Kamou trying to control the tears forming in her eyes.
"Why do you have to be so stubborn?" Gina held her hand lightly showing her support for her. "You don't have to go through it all alone."
"Don't worry Gina, I can handle things alone. The situation is in my control." Kamou gave an assuring smile.
"I am so happy you are here for me Gina. I can't tell you how thankful I am to have you here."
"You don't have to say that, you are like family to me."
Kamou changed the conversation, trying to put Gina at ease. Even though she tried hard, Gina wasn't convinced. Gina knew her too well and she cared for Kamou. Gina made Kamou promise that she would contact her as soon as the situation gets bad. Soon the two of them parted their ways and headed home.
