"I don't know her name." he said smiling awkwardly.
"What do you mean?" Kamou asked.
"I don't know her name. I haven't even met her yet."
"Then how can you be in love with someone you haven't met?"
Looking at her confused expression, Taehee decided to give her more details so it would be easy for her to understand.
"It may sound stupid and immature to you. I haven't told this to anyone else but since you asked me today, I'll tell you everything." He started talking. Kamou nodded eagerly signaling him to go on.
"I saw this girl in my dream sometime back. It's been months but I still remember her face. Her eyes enchanting, filled with mystery, deeper than the ocean. I woke up the next day but somehow, I still remembered the dream I had. After that I couldn't get her off my mind. No matter how many girls I see, where I go, my eyes are always searching for her." he managed to sound as casual as possible but his heart was going crazy.
"Big Brother, are you sure you are going to find her?" Kamou looked at him with concern.
"Yes, I believe I will. She is my soulmate and I will wait for her. I know one day we will find each other; we are destined to be together." He answered confidently.
'Destined to be together...' Kamou thought. 'So, this is what being in love feels like.'
"What if you don't meet her? Or she is already with someone else?" This was something new for Kamou. She never experienced such deep feelings. She had seen many failed marriages and relationships in life so this kind of affection was new for her.
"I know that wouldn't happen. But if it does, I would still wait for her. I tried looking for love somewhere else, tried to get her off my mind. I didn't succeed because my soul longs for her and only her. It's like the day I was born our fates were tied together. It's crazy, I mean I am madly in love with a woman I saw in my dream." he said laughing through his pain.
"How can you be so confident that she exists?"
"Because the universe couldn't be so ruthless. It won't make me dream of a girl, make me fall in love with her, when someone like her doesn't even exists. I know she does. She is out there somewhere. I will get to her soon and once we meet; I will always be by her side." he said giving an affirmative smile.
"I never knew you were so romantic." she said looking up to him with admiration.
'He loves someone else, but why doesn't it bother me? I thought I was in love with him then why do I feel like this? Why does it make me happy knowing he has someone he could call his soulmate? Why do I want him to meet her? Was I ever in love with him?' Kamou wondered.
"Now enough about me. Do you have someone in your life?" Taehee questioned.
"Uhm... Me?" Kamou hesitated a bit. "I don't know how these feelings work?"
Taehee gave off a little laugh. "Let me help you."
Kamou nodded keeping her drink on the table.
"When you close your eyes, there's this one person who comes to your mind. That one person whose face you remember with every littlest detail." Taehee tried his best. Kamou closed her eyes to test what he was saying.
"That one person you feel comfortable around. That one person that lights up your life. That one person you miss every second. That person you get desperate to see. The one that brings calm to your restless soul."
Kamou with closed eyes tried to reflect on his words. She didn't have to try hard to get her answers because soon as she closed her eyes, Juho's smiling face flashed in front of her. His smile brought comfort to her, his eyes assuring her that he would always care.
She opened her eyes immediately and looked at Taehee in utter shock.
"So, you do have someone you love." Taehee smiled cunningly. It was now his time to enjoy the story because now it was Kamou's turn to talk.
"Nooo.. I don't love him." Kamou tried to shrug him off.
"Why do you try to run away from your feelings? Your life is going to be much easier if you started accepting them." he advised.
"I don't have time for feelings right now. They don't do good to anyone." Kamou replied bluntly.
Seeing that she wasn't interested in continuing this conversation Taehee shifted the topic to work.
