It was a beautiful Friday morning; the sun was shining bright with cold October breeze blowing softly. Kamou woke up early due to an evident pain in her abdomen, it was that time of the month. Cursing she got out of her bed to clean herself up a bit.
'Why ovaries? Why? You don't show up for months and the minute I need to go out or do something important, here you are!' she exclaimed.
Being an actress was indeed difficult, at times she had to follow extreme diets to maintain her figure. However, this had taken a toll on her health, since she joined the entertainment industry her menstruation cycle was irregular. She wouldn't have periods for two to three months and when she had periods, she would experience heavy flow. This resulted in making her body really fragile while bleeding. Currently she was undergoing treatment for this and thanks to that her cycles were returning back to normal.
Since she was up early, she decided to go complete remaining chores. She had to go out shopping for some necessary items she would need while in London. Kamou had been procrastinating this for long but her flight was in two days and with all the packing left, she had to do this today itself. At around ten she left for the shopping mall, after having her breakfast.

Kamou was so caught up in work that she didn't notice how long she's been out. Still at shopping complex she was paying at the counter when she experienced sharp pain in her stomach. Hurriedly completing her payment, she went to a corner and sat down on a bench waiting for the pain to go away.
The pain was so intense it made her shiver a bit, weakness now taking over her body. It's been long since she had eaten and all the blood loss was making it worse. Collecting herself she tried to stand up but as soon as she was on her feet, she could feel blood rushing down. She took her phone out and secretly took a picture of her back. And her doubts were confirmed, there was a big red spot on her pants. She sat down on the bench again, not giving anyone chance to get a view of her back.
She can't walk around like this, if people get to know it is her, this embarrassing moment would be in the headlines tomorrow. Thanks to the mask, people haven't noticed her yet. Thinking for a while, how to deal with this she decided to call him. She dialed his number on her phone and called him, not sure if he was free or not.
"Hello, where are you? I need you here. Please hurry." Kamou said holding her tears back.
It was far too embarrassing for her and there weren't many people she knew in Seoul. Gina was also out of town and she felt completely helpless and vulnerable at the moment.
"Just tell me where you are. I'll be there in ten minutes." Juho replied with a sense of urgency. His heart became restless hearing her weak voice. He could tell she wasn't feeling too good.

Hanging up, Juho turned back now faced by a small group of people including his manager. He was in his studio, meeting up with representatives of a luxury apparel brand who wanted to sign him as their ambassador. He got up from his seat telling his manager to reschedule the meeting and clear his rest of the schedule for today. He rushed to the parking lot, getting into his car he drove fast to get his queen. (Technically not his yet, but he considered her his one and only queen)
It hardly took him couple of minutes to reach the shopping complex, thanks to his driving. Entering the shopping mall, his face covered with mask, he looked around for Kamou. After searching for a while, he found her on the second floor, in a secluded corner, her weak figure seated on a bench. Her face pale, body on the brink of collapsing.
He went up to her, standing in front of her concerned. Sensing someone was close, she looked up at him, giving a faint smile.
"I am sorry I had to call you. I am not feeling good. I also spoiled my clothes and I don't want anyone to see me like this." tear formed in her eyes.
No emotion could express the pain emerging in Juho's heart seeing her like this. Juho took off his overcoat, signaling her to stand up. Her slow movement made it quite clear that calling him was her only option. He gently tied his coat around her waist, hiding the blood stain on her pants.
"Come I'll carry you on the way out." Juho gestured holding his arms out.
"No, there are so many people here. What if someone recognizes us? I can walk." Kamou declined.
"You sure about that?" he looked into her eyes with utmost care.
Nodding her head, she slowly took a step forward. Juho carried her shopping bags in one hand and snaked his other hand around her waist, providing her support while walking. Supported by Juho, Kamou slowly made it to the car. Juho helped her sit into the car. After keeping the bags in the backseat, he got into the driver's seat and drove to the hospital.
