[Vein's POV]
"My Lord, I implore you to rethink your plans. It's not wise to storm Lord Charles's manor with just relying on a single woman's information," said Nitwig for the hundredth time.
"Shut up." I kicked him on the stomach, and he went on his knees. "Who are you to tell me what to do?
"M-my Lord," he whizzed, "Lord Charles might still be around in the castle. We have to confirm first whether it is a trap or not."
"Do you think of me as an idiot? Of course, I've already confirmed," I hissed. "Charles and Catherine already left for the human territory. No one is left defending his castle but his mere servants and mistresses."
"Even so, Lord's Charles General, Lady Veronica, and his other servants are strong. I really think we shouldn't do this, my lord. Not considering the number of death on both sides, but once Lord Rhazien caught wind of this, you'll be in trouble. There is so much risk that there is nothing to gain."
