[Catherine's POV]
I spun to take in Rhazien's expression. But he was still unconcerned as ever, like nothing could ever break his concentration on the papers he was reading.
I guess he wasn't concerned about it. Well, Beatrix was probably loved by the vampires because she was the only pureblood vampress left.
At this point, even she decided to make every vampire her toy, all would gladly agree.
Beatrix and Dimitri argued, and looking at them, even though there was a scowl on Dimitri's lovely ice sculpted face, I couldn't help but think that he was enjoying conversing with Beatrix.
And the way he was looking at her . . . like she was all he saw . . . caught my breath.
I doubt that she was his mate, but she might as well be if he was so into her.
Everyone who had eyes could clearly see that he was in love with her.
I was sure that Beatrix could see it too.
