In the morning
Adria was feeling better so she asked to be discharged, a nurse was assigned to look after her while at home. When she arrived home, she saw Akio, Asachi, Sofia, Yan Chen and Min seated in the sitting room with folded hands.
When she opened the door widely to enter Akio ran towards her immediately, rapping his tiny arms around her legs she chuckled and carried him up as he hugged her tightly.
"Please don't leave me aunt." he said as he gave her a sad look
"I won't my boy." Adria replied.
"Let auntie come inside at least." Yan Chen said as she approached them "Welcome home Adria I'm so glad your home." she said as she hugged her back
Adria walked in "Seems the house is quite full today isn't it." She smiled as she turned to Sofia and said "It's been a while."
"How are you feeling." Sofia asked worriedly.
"I'm good." she said as she took a sit, Asachi was about to approach her but Min was quick and beat him to it.
"What happened Adria you really had me." worried Min asked as he really wasn't happy.
"I'm fine." Adria replied as she close her eyes and rested her head on the sofa feeling a bit tired.
The nurse who had followed Adria home approached her and asked "Is everything ok ma'am."
"Mhm."
"How do you feel?."
"Just a bit tired."
"She will have to rest now." the nurse said as see looked at haru the only person she was familiar with "Can you take her to her room?."
Haru nodded and stepped forward to carry her but Asachi and Min volunteered Sofia held Asachi back as she was displeased with his offer.
Adria noticed and raised up her hands in disagreement "I'll go on my own." she said as she stood up and went upstairs with Haru's help.
When Adria left Asachi and Min kept staring daggers at each other. "You have a lot of balls for a mere servant you know but it wouldn't take a second to end you." Min threatened.
"I'll love to see you try." Asachi replied with anger laced in his voice.
"That's enough." Yan Chen said "I think you guys would have to leave now."
"I think so too thanks for having us and sorry for the tantrums he threw." Sofia said on Asachi's behalf as she stood up and tugged Asachi too, he stood up "I'll come see her tomorrow." he said before leaving.
When they left min said "Better at least fresh air."
"Your leaving too." Yan said to him.
He glanced at her and scoffed, he turned to her again and stood up he walked to her and bent over "Seems u've grown bolder isn't it, all of you think I'm less bad huh just note I don't give details before I strike I strike when I want and when I feel bored."
Yan Chen avoided his stares and said "After the havoc you and Asachi made here earlier it would be best you leave. I could remain calm in anything but not when it comes to Adria."
Min raised his brows as though he realized something he stood straight "I only let this slide because of Adria count today as one of your lucky days." he said as he walked out.
Yan finally breathed in relief, she shut the door and went straight to Adria room.
Back at the hospital
Lee woke up, he freshened up and went straight to room next to his. When he got there the room was empty there was only a nurse taking out the drip bags and clearing the place.
"Where is the patient that was here earlier?."
"Good morning sir. She has been discharged."
"Why? She didn't look that good yesterday to be discharged."
"It was her decision sir."
"Ok." lee said as he left to see Lei and his maid when he arrived he saw the maid with bandage on her head, he was relieved that she was alive.
When the maid saw her boss she was really surprised that her boss was here by himself, he didn't even send one of his guards to represent him she was so grateful. She greeted immediately "Good morning sir."
Lee nodded as he went to Lei who seemed really busy
The maid proceeded to say. "Thanks for saving my life sir, and I'm sorry I caused alot of trouble for you sir."
Lee ignored her and asked Lei "How is she doing now?."
She's better now, she just needs to rest here for a few days.
"Ok." lee said and turned to maid "How do you feel?."
"I'm fine thank you sir."
"Have you had something to eat?."
"Yes sir."
"We are taking care of all that." Lei replied "Now you can go home."
Lee nodded and said before leaving "If you need anything ensure to tell me ok."
"Ok sir."
With that Lee was done there, he got into his car and drove home.
