We have new daily life with the technology i made. we now have toothpaste, floss, mouthwash, and toothbrushes for dental care in morning. I made mechs that have good defense and help with breathing for the human guards left. I made life trees to accelerate breathing training. I have been focusing on sun breathing in the morning and broke through to sun elf. I go check out how rest of tribe doing. The tribe is doing well as i see kids focusing on breathing more then playing as the journey impacts them to desire strength. The whole tribe is focus on breathing since the move to gain more power to defend self. I improved ways that breathing is done with scans, pictures, sayings, candles, and masks. I have focus on teaching the children more on had to breathe correctly and made training gear for children. I am show videos that i researched out how to breath.
