It was summer in the Starry Peaks Mountain Range.
At the base of one of the Cordillera Mountains it was possible to see a city, hundreds of people in the streets, talking, discussing and buying all kinds of things.
In the northern part of the city was located Clan Le, which was one of the two clans that commanded the city.
The whole place was lively and there were several servants walking around.
In a month the Purple Flame Sect would come to Huang Di City to pass the entrance exam.
All the young people of Clan Le were extremely excited, joining the Sect was to ensure glory and prestige for the Clan and for oneself.
"Do you think Le Chang will have the courage to show up in the competition?"
"Hmpf… He would be an idiot to embarrass our whole family, it's not enough to be trash anymore, does he still have to cause trouble for all of us?"
"Tsk… And to think that our financial situation is in chaos because the Patriarch has spent fortunes on Pills to try to restore the Qi Channels and Meridians broken from your son."
"Be quiet and if someone hears you?"
Several conversations permeated the Clan Le mansion.
Le Chang was the son of the current Patriarch and was born with the Qi Channels and Meridians broken, meaning his path in the Martial Dao was doomed to failure since his birth.
His parents never gave up on him and did everything they could to try to cure their son, but even after spending a fortune on pills, nothing had changed.
Around Clan Le's mansion was a large, dense forest.
At noon it was possible to hear the noise of branches and tree trunks being pounded.
BOOM BOOM, BOOM
In a clearing it was possible to see a boy with long black hair, honey-colored eyes, slender body and fair skin bumping against the trunk of a tree.
Every one of his punches chipped the tree.
With sweat dripping and blood pouring out of his hands, Le Chang fell to his knees on the floor, exhausted.
"I need… a little more and I'll get it." His eyes nearly closed from exhaustion and heat.
He was fifteen years old, but he was still stuck in the 3rd Degree of the Dao of Integration and no matter how hard he tried to attack the 4th Degree, it seemed like the bottleneck was insurmountable.
But with his insane willpower Le Chang trained every day to exhaustion.
"I need…my parents need me…" He babbled on his knees on the floor.
"Hey Le Tai, where are we going?" a girl asked
"Le Tai is prohibited from going too far into the forest in this area." Said a young man.
"Be quiet I think I saw that Le Chang trash coming here, we need to take care of it urgently or he and his foolish father will make the Clan lose face again."
Reaching the clearing they saw Le Chang kneeling on the ground with sweat and dust all over his body.
"Was he training?" The girl was a little surprised.
"What's the point, with his condition he could train for centuries and would never reach the 4th Degree of the Kingdom of Integration." Said Le Tai.
"Oh! Le Chang, what a joy to meet you here." Le Tai scoffed.
"Le Tai, what do you want?"
"Well, I came to ask you something... I would like you not to go to the Sect exam and if possible I would like you to commit suicide." He replied laughing.
"Damn you are…" Before Le Chang finished the sentence a powerful kick approached his face, but instinctively he raised his arm to protect his head.
The impact threw him against a tree trunk and made him spit a mouthful of blood.
Standing up he raised his guard, it was a miracle that he was aware after training so much, to stand up was to challenge the concept of impossible.
"Tsk… boy just accept your death, damn rubbish, your father spent Clan savings trying to cure you, that's why our clan
you're losing your business to Clan Du, die." yelled Le Tai.
Le Tai Quickly charged Le Chang and gave him another powerful kick to the chest.
Le Chang crossed his arms in front of him in an 'x' shape to protect himself, but the difference was insane.
Le Tai was someone from the 5th Degree of the Dao of Integration, meaning his cultivation was greater than Le Chang's by two degrees.
He was simply playing with Le Chang. Le Chang's arm bones had cracked from the first kick, but now they were completely broken.
Pain dulled Le Chang's senses and another powerful kick came against his body.
The first three Degrees of the Realm of Integration consist of tempering the body, but in order to advance to the fourth Degree one must absorb the Qi of nature, which with Le Chang's Qi Channels and broken Meridians would be impossible.
In 4th Degree you will accumulate a large amount of Qi, but in 5th Degree this is where you begin to be able to use Martial Techniques, as this is where the user learns to expel Qi from their body to the outside, which is the basis for all the Martial Techniques.
Due to the kick hitting Le Chang in the body he fainted, he knew that the people of his clan hated him, because his father had spent fortunes to try to cure him, but all was in vain.
Because of this Clan Du started attacking Clan Le's main businesses in Huang Di City.
"Le Tai, he's the Patriarch's son this will get us in serious trouble." The young woman looked worried.
"Don't be ridiculous, we're doing the clan a favor by getting rid of this garbage. He will make us lose face in front of the whole city and our situation
it will get even worse, besides, this world doesn't need garbage." Le Tai spoke with a vicious look on his face.
"Besides, we'll only be in trouble if we're discovered." He spoke with a sinister look as he gripped the hilt of his sword.
"But they won't find out, will they?" Le Tai directed a murderous look towards the girl and the boy who accompanied him.
"N… No." The two responded quickly.
"Come, let's take him to the Well of Doom." Le Tai spoke as he dragged the passed out Le Chang.
Entering a few hundred meters into the forest they came to a large clearing, in the middle of it there was a huge hole in the earth. It was impossible to see the bottom of the well and anyone who fell there would face certain death.
"Disappear trash." Le Tai said kicking Le Chang's half-dead body into the darkness.
