the last thing I remember is that I went to bed
the next I know is that I'm in a room with a blue screen covering my view
when I read what on the screen I'm even more confused it say

I read it again to make sure that what i was reading was what I was seeing
before I can think about it more the screen
blinks away and I new screen is in its place
it's looks like a slot machine there was a big red button at the bottom
so with nothing to do I push the button
as soon as I push it a musical tune starts playing the slots start spinning faster and faster
"is this thing broken?" I say under my breath
'You have to press the button again' a monotone voice says into my head
"hello?" I say but nothing answers my voice so with no choice I push the button, the chimes start getting slower and slower until it stops and then three button come out underneath every slot
'press a button to choose a power'
a look at each slot and see a slot machine, a lightbulb, and bubble
on an impulse I ask the air
"what are the powers?"
'The slot machine power is called *Test your luck* the lightbulb is called *bright idea* and the ear is called *pocket of air*' the voice says
"what do the powers do?" I ask but only my breath comes to my ear
"can I reroll them?"I ask hoping for an answer
'yes you can but then you would only get one power' the voice said as If it was obvious
"oh..." is the only thing I say
well the lightbulb is probably something to do with my brain which I dont like the bubble is probably underwater breathing which is pretty bad. with a sigh I press the first button
'well done Candidate, you now have the superpower 'Test your luck' you will be able to use this power when you wake up' the voice says
wait the voice said 'wake up' does that mean I'm asleep... I try pinching myself to wake me up but it didn't even hurt. sighing I go back to the slot machine with nothing else to do I press the button the tune starts playing It sounded familiar.. after a while I press the button again the tune starts getting quieter and quieter until it silent
the slots show DNA, a bag and a owl
ok so the DNA is probably going to change my DNA.. I'll pass, the bag I'm not to sure on
the owl is probably some type of night vision or something to do with my neck... yeah I'll pass on the owl which only leaves the bag. with my decision steelled I press the button under the bag before the voice speaks I start falling when I look down it's just pitch black before I could do anything I land on something soft and warm...
