Chapter Thirty-three
Discussing solutions
Rolling his quickly dimming eyes, Jia Jig waved his hand and said dismissively, "Senior? Saving you?" Flexing his muscles inappropriately, he continued, "It's a good thing you're not a completely ungrateful person." Jia Jig said this condescendingly. He never liked Jun Mey, especially for disrespecting Chi An. To him, whoever disrespected God Chi was a living disaster. He would have wiped her out too, but he didn't want to incur the wrath of Chi An. He hadn't discovered the purpose of Chi An leaving the girl alive. Jig snorted and swiped his golden hair back.
Slowly steadying her eyes on Jig, Jun Mey said in her heart, 'I despise his speech pattern.' She didn't like that Jig looked down on her. Although she was insignificant, she also had pride. However, she could only stifle her displeasure because whether she lived or died depended on the guy before her.
