Jun Mey observed his actions but said nothing. Although everyone believed she was the most beautiful girl, she had never taken her beauty seriously.
Furthermore, when Jun Mey observed males looking at her lecherously, she felt more enraged than satisfied. However, she wondered why she didn't feel that way with Chi An. Of course, she wasn't enraged by Chi An's glance.
After walking for a while in the forest, Jun Mey brought out her smartphone from her pocket. She observed Nuan Mei had called more than ten missed calls.
'Who would've thought this guy would escort me out,' Jun Mey wondered, gazing at Chi An's back. 'Nuan Mei must be worried about me.'
Jun Mey had many to think about the Chi An before her and Nuan Mei, who had called her several missed calls.
Chi An abruptly halted in his tracks and directed his gaze to his left side while maintaining a blank expression. Upon noticing Chi An's gesture, Jun Mey leisurely shifted her gaze to the left, attempting to discern his intention. Despite the silence, Jun Mey remained composed and waited for Chi An to speak. However, he only resumed walking without saying a word.
Jun Mey spoke, slowly opening her arms and offering a proposition, "If you agree to protect me, I will do something for you."
After neglecting Jun Mey for a few seconds, Chi An suddenly asked, "Is there anything else?" When Jun Mey couldn't answer him, Chi An marched forward. Jun Mey was surprised that Chi An never raised the incident, not even how her wound healed mysteriously.
Meanwhile, someone had hidden in the same forest. Tai Keixin wore a dark dress to camouflage herself in the darkness as she paced around with a frown, wondering about the identity of the person she saw earlier. She found Chi An's appearance unusual, especially how he exterminated the Kâppa. In contrast, Tai Keixin pretended to be foolish, weak, and obedient before Xia Wuya. Even though Chi An's presence worried her, she clenched her fist furiously. After a while, she suddenly smacked her fist, "I got it." Tai Keixin had decided to stir up the class with a new rumor about Chi An and Jun Mey, and she was eager to drink Jun Mey's blood to level up. The result seemed to matter to her, and she didn't care about the method she used to achieve it.

Jun Mey knocked on the crimson door, and Nuan Mei answered, jumping on her and crying, "Why are you returning now, girl?" Despite Jun Mey's attempt to maintain her composure, her nerves and body felt weak. However, now that she was sure she had avoided danger, she steadied herself instead of slumping. Deliberately trying to shake off Nuan Mei, Jun Mey said, "Can we please go inside?"
"Sure," Nuan Mei reluctantly answered as she released her grip.
The room's interior looked great, with accessories like a large bed, shoe rack, computer table, computers, and more.
Neglecting Nuan Mei, Jun Mey grabbed her towel and slowly moved toward the bathroom. However, she turned back when she noticed Nuan Mei's questioning gaze and responded by saying, "give me time to bathe."
After a while, Jun Mey emerged invigorated. Sitting closer to the mirror, she used her white towel to clean her body.
After cleaning up, Jun Mey turned to Nuan Mei with a steady gaze. Jun Mey calmly crossed her legs, saying, "some groups of thugs nearly raped me."
Nuan Mei jumped from her seat, her eyes wide and her cheek tensed. She shouted, "What?"
Nuan Mei clenched her fist and slammed the desk. She didn't get the energy, so she stood and kicked the air. Nuan Mei shouted, "how can people be so shameless."
Jun Mey sat erect and gazed at Nuan Mei's dramatic display without a word.
"It's got to be Xia Wuya and Deli. They're two scumbags," Nuan Mei said, grabbing her laptop from the desk. She hammered the keys with lightning speed. Many interfaces instantly opened, and she finished her purpose after a time.
Sticking out her tongue, Nuan Mei said, "I assume he'd know how to keep his stupid jealous mind to himself now that I've uploaded their sex tape and Deli's betrayal." Nuan Mei stood and jumped on Jun Mey, who watched her action calmly. "I will make that winch an eyesore," Nuan Mei whispered while comfortably hugging Jun Mey.
