Yan Rumei then turned her head towards the closest hotel staff. They were near the entrance of the restaurant, so she still saw a few hotel staff. She even recognized one of them to be present during the first commotion earlier.
"Ms. Staff, you've also witnessed the scenario earlier in front of the elevator. How do you usually deal with people who cause disturbance to the hotel's peace?" Yan Rumei asked.

As soon as Bodyguard Bo heard Wei Lijuan cursing her Miss' family, he lost it and while still holding her arm, he slapped Wei Lijuan silly.

The staff's eyes bulged out when she saw it and it seems she became more frozen.

Yan Rumei then took out another card from her bag and flashed it too in front of the staff.
It was her VVVIP Gu Corporation ID.
The staff gasped.

Since Yan Rumei's back was facing most of the people, no one saw the cards she took out other than the staff and the old lady beside her.
She honestly didn't want to show off those cards or her identity, especially since she hasn't even met Gu Feng yet. A lot of things can happen. But right now, she just wanted to get out of this situation.
Also, the intense reaction of Bodyguard Bo indicated that Wei Lijuan has provoked the Gu family, not just the ordinary her. So, she figured that she would have at least some reason to use those cards to her advantage, even just this time.
