Scrolling down the photos gallery of Dylan's phone, Scarlett was sitting alone, the alpha and Leofric gone. Most of their photos were silly. It did not look like they had an age gap of four years. Taking the shoes off, the girl folded her legs under her on the wooden slab and went on with swiping on the screen. There was a particular album she did not open. To be a privacy invader was not cool
at all.
The girl was so absorbed in watching their photos from the trip to Japan that she did not hear the door opening and closing, someone entering the cabin not until a shadow was cast on her, blocking the only source of light. When she brought her gaze up from the phone, she met the alpha looking down at her, the anger he walked in with earlier no more visible.
"Where's Leofric? I'm hungry", locking the phone, she put it to the side. The alpha continued on staring at the girl before he reached his hand out saying, "It must have left a mark. Let me see."
